Don't know who is reading this message. To the management of the bank. It was a very worst experience when it comes to depositing withdrawing of cash from branch. I don't know how was your experience while in other services. A lot of improvement needs to be done in terms of providing services at branch.

Irritating staff, Always telling service not available, even on working hours. Worst in service. Always sending us back. educated idiots.

Useless staff telling service not available on working hours. They have other works to do sending account holders back. Mannerless people educated idiots

Currently branch manage is really good and more informative. Improved alot these days but I will suggest management to put some staff so that customer will not face waiting time. Location is perfect Staffs are good of-course you can't expect all will be same BM is more informative Very good thing is ATM up time is too good. Again i will update if anything. Thanks.
