Mr.Manit Jain is one of the co-founders of The Heritage Group of Schools who holds a valuable experience for the school to idealize. He entered the field of education almost 25 years ago when he experienced an awakening of the unfruitful conventional exam-oriented education imparted in schools, accompanied by the realization that to preserve the innovation and curiosity children are naturally endowed with, an improvised alternate education system has to be established.
He endeavored to set up an educational institution compatible with 21st century curriculum and methodology gaining insights from the best schools all over the world. He was so dedicated to his goal that he pursued a Master's in Education from Harvard and referred to himself as a lifelong learner, something every student must realize. While he is a role model for the students at school because of his passion and commitment to his purpose and values, his role models such as Sri Aurobindo, Krishnamurti, Rudolf Steiner, Kurt Hahn, and John Dewey reflect the greatness he must inspire in the group of schools as one of its advisors on the board.

Mr.Rajesh Jain, one of the co-founders of The Heritage Group of Schools, is an alumnus of prestigious institutions namely Harvard Business School and Hindu College. Similar to Mr.Jain, he also holds nearly 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur establishing and leading in the sectors of education, real estate, information & technology, and export manufacturing. The greatness he inspires in students as one of the advisors on the board is manifested in the social initiatives of education and healthcare he has contributed to.

CEO of Xperiential Learning Systems, Mr.Vishnnu Karthik is also a Harvard alumnus just like the rest of the board advisors who hold an excellent professional background, having worked as a management consultant for Grow Talent and Accenture across India and abroad. As one of the heads of Senior School, he translated his experience to inspire deep-rooted conviction and healthy sustainable changes in learning patterns required to become efficient leaders, entrepreneurs, and most importantly, active members of society. It is his passion for experiential learning that is well-reflected in the school pedagogy.
