INR 8 lacs (non refundable)they charge for only registration and enrolment+ INR 8 lacs for a kindergarten tution fee that means if you are taking KG admission for your kid then you have to shell out INR 16-17 lacs....is it a joke or worth it? I am really surprised that people are accepting such unreasonable fee structure. Such parents are only responsible to provoke such international schools to charge heavy unreasonable fee. Its really surprising and a loot in the name of Cambridge and IB curriculum.

For an expat, International School of Hyderabad is the only real option available, but the actual education is extremely poor compared to anything your child would receive in the US. Elementary and Nursery kids are often left to watch movies or educational TV, a majority of teachers are local Indian teachers that have a very strict and different view on how to treat and interact with children :( Student:teacher ratio are often times over 20:1 for early elementary and the highly UN-qualified teacher aid is shared and only in the classroom part-time. On the plus side - the community of parents is truly amazing, and the diversity is great. The other international schools in town simply follow international curriculum, they do not actually have a diverse enrollment of international students.

The International School of Hyderabad (ISH) was founded in 1981 under the trusteeship of the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT), both non-profit organizations. This gives ISH the similar status of a school administered by a foreign/consular mission. ISH is formally managed by the Director General of ICRISAT with the help of ISH Advisory Board guiding the Head of School in leading and managing. The Head of School is responsible for the day-to-day operations.
The first IGCSE Cambridge Exams was administered in 2003 and the first IB Diploma was given in 2007, when the first class of IB students graduated from ISH.

Lots of things to improve from school's perspective.
Pros:
1. Management or teachers will never feels your child uncomfortable
2. Air conditioned class rooms
3. Play area
4. Only ground floor
Cons:
1. Too pricey and you need to pay 15-20k explicitly for uniforms and books apart from tuition fee which comes around 60k for 5th grade
2. School ground is there for either parking buses or to conduct summer training events for which we need to pay over and above all the mentioned fee
3. Teaching standards are below par
4. Not to offend anyone, teachers have very limited skill in subject and even English
5. If you can teach your children at home then you can get them join this school for the sake of getting acedamic certificates
I am paying more than 1.5 Lakhs for my 2 children and living in a hope that they will learn something as I have no other option nearby 🙏

Worst school.
They do not respect parents, they don't allow parents to meet their own children.
The worst part is, they warn kids to not complain about all the bad things in the school, if they complain to parents and if the parents consult the teachers about the problem they abuse/beat/punish the kids for complaining.
They give food only in small portions, even if requested.
I recommend you don't join your kids in this school.
Central jail is somewhat better.

Candiidus is Great boast, little roast. I'll put in my story (moreover happened with whole batch). My 2 kids, got admission in 2023-2024 batch - Class 7th and 5th. I was highly impressed by the sports infrastructure and overall looks, their academic and sports plan. My expectation was, since this is a new school - they would provide good education and considering the playground, and a dedicated building for indoor I got my kids admission there. I was provided a good tour of the labs, music, play area etc. looked perfect. I paid a hefty (in-fact highest fees in Hyderabad) for this school.
You'll see nice advertisement video on their website and other places - you'll easily observe the color discrimination in that.
School forced us to avail the school food as this is mandatory for everyone, and we went with that option half-heartedly.
My aspiration for kids were either academic or any one of the sports - if you do well, that should be good enough.
Reality:
Academics wise, 4 subjects are taught well. 3 are in real poor conditions (for both grade 7 and 5). In each PTM, I've been highlighted, no further communication and discussion. Later after 6 months school initiated a weekly call between parent and class-teacher. I've been provided those inputs with no action at all.
The major reason was sports infrastructure for admissions. School paid no attention there at all. My kids participated in SFA championship in 2023 and got 4th rank (state level) with hardly 4-5 practice sessions in the school which remained at the same number throughout the year. I wish they would have conducted overall sport session more regularly. When enquired with other parents it was the same scenario with all the sports. Not much activities.
Another sport choosen by my son was Rifle Shooting, there were only 3 sessions conducted throughout the year and the coach speaks only in regional language, which is okay yet not all the kids understand it (especially when you call yourself an international school, you're not supposed to do this).
For grade 5, they didn't hardly conducted any sport activities.
School never provided sports' uniforms throughout the year. My girl had to run in the skirts. I requested the school to allow her to wear either trousers or she could use her own - but they had objection stating "Other parents dont' want it", where I was only talking about my kid and I was fine wearing her trousers (and I believe no parent will have any objection with this)
Lab: they are equipped with everything yet they hardly had 3 lab sessions for grade 7, and 0 for class 5 throughout the year.
For 2024-25, I wished to opt out for school transport and food for both the kids, and school increased the fees by 20% without any reasons and discussions.
I understand this school is at a prime looking location and have invested a lot so they seem to suck parents' blood and sweat all at once and giving very little back in return to the kids. Post pandemic, it was crucial to pay more attention on to kids - this is my understanding but their (school administration's) entire focus is only to make money all the way possible.
Around 25% of teachers are well qualified for the job. Rest you don't know what qualifications others have. Teachers are paid really low as compared so it's obvious you won't get quality education in this school. Principal seems to be very well qualified yet the school is in hands of a so-called director (a 24 year old kid with zero knowledge, understanding, manners qualification, and experience). The administration has just hired a principal to just showcase and to use them as a dummy or puppet.

They say they got my son's information through some digital campaign which I am sure I have not participated in and have never heard about this school before. Be vary of this school's practices. Campus, Atmosphere are very good but there is no care of Academics. Waste of money. Teachers will not correct books on time which results student unable to identify his mistakes immediately. Teachers caring efforts will be 25% Parents need to take care of Academics 75%.

A very good school, with trained and experienced staff. Every child is given equal attention and regular feedback is given to parents through personalized calls from mentor and also through ptm. The school bus has a very good tracking system where you get to know as and when your child boards and deboards the bus. Lot of sports and extra curricular activities are also part of regular curriculum. One of the best schools is hyderabad.

Hi teachers
The HR of Gaudium calls for interview and keeps on hold for years together . please be-aware of such HR. After taking all the stages they say that the post is not available or you are kept on hold.After keeping leave we only get disappontment.

My son has been going to Gadium Nanakramguda for last 2 years and I'm happy with the experience so far. Initially he was scared and hesitant but in few months he settled down really well and the school teachers/staff and the environment played a huge role in this. School is reasonably organized and they welcome feedback from parents as well.

My daughter Aadhyaa goes to playschool at Gaudium Nanakramguda. I researched and visited a lot of schools before choosing Gaudium and today I can say I made the right decision. The school has ample space for kids to move and play around freely. Curriculum is also very appropriate and teaches the kids that is practically required in life. Kids comfort and well being is prioritised here. Special thanks to class teacher Jyoti for helping my daughter open up and understanding her strengths and weaknesses. The kids adore her for many reasons.

The school has a safe environment friendly faculty and good infrastructure for kids. Teachers genuinely care about children wellbeing specially my daughters mentors (Chitra paryani mam and Aishwarya)took very good care of her while adjusting in initial days..School emphasises on overall development of kid along with academics..Management is also cooperative and tires to accomodate most of parent requests..over all we are happy with the school

My daughter studies in Gaudium Nanakramguda campus. I feel we have chosen the right school for our daughter. It's such a pleasure to watch your child growing up and enjoying the atmosphere that the school is providing for them. School Coordinator, Center head and Parent relation officer of this campus are approachable and spend time with all the parents patiently listening to them. Teachers are very helpful and encourage the students by participating in the events which boosts up their confidence and cheers the students to participate in all activities. My daughter is enjoying the school a lot, I am sure that the school will surpass all our expectations in coming months. My experience with Gaudium as a parent is smooth so far.

Gaudium school is doing great in terms of teaching said curriculum to kids and along with that they also make sure on kids safety and teach them good manners.
SLC was a very good demonstration of how kids are performing in school.
I am very impressed with the efforts made by Sana ma’am and Bhagyashree ma’am for my kid and we could see a good positive overall impact on him.

My child Aliya PP1 I Nanakaramguda branch - lost her gold earrings in the class and teachers and the admin staff were so nice and considerate to give a call and keep it aside - Swetha mam is like having a family member in school who always makes personnel calls and updates me on my child - if you are looking to put your child in School I 100% recommend this school - as a parent I am satisfied and would want this kind of environment for all the kids

Recently we attended my son's SLC(Student Led Conference).He is in Pp1 grade. The concept is really good where we could experience our kid's learnings directly.
My kid is a shy person and hesitates to do the activities in large groups but Sarojani mam is helping him overcome that and teaching him things the way he could catch it.
They showed us the portfolio of him made by his teacher. We felt so relieved and happy to see our son participating in many activities.
She takes care of kids really good . She never gives him new food with out asking me or allow him to take others food as he has digestion problems.

School is start looting parents by increasing fee like hell. For lower grades they are teaching only speaking English. By observing that communication, parents will impress. Once they moved to higher grades results will be just pass/fail, until unless our child is self motivated and intellectual.
If we ask for results they will reply us, as per IB curriculum and policies we should not force child to insist for study.
The management is not at all responding for our queries if it is related to fee or supply fee etc. Simply they have increased fee by 27% (As per Govt rule fee can be increase upto 15%).
Its just business. they invested on 27 acres and are expecting unlimited returns without any morals.
Please don't go for this school.
