The atmosphere of school is so cheap.👎So unprofessional environment by principal kamlesh rana. Treat teachers very badly . So many cases are charged on school earlier also by parents on school and principal , even so many strikes happened, recently police came as principal has beaten a student .👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 Abusive, torturing , missbehaveing environment. Teachers are treated very badly , principal rana do harrasment with teachers, even abuse them and discriminate people by caste and race and do not give teachers salary taken as security,and even submits orignal documents of teachers. Just imagine managing director abuses to teachers , head of department and even non working staff and do not give even a single leave to teachers. The school is more than worse

culture is pathetic. Principal is so rude that she can insult the teacher in front of students.Management use abusive language towards teachers.Principal spoke on the character of the teacher's family. No work ethics followed by higher authorities. There is constant nagging related to the work that you do. No staff room for Teachers and they are not allowed to sit during the lunch time and have lunch with other teachers. No CLs and even if you inform them beforehand regarding your leave then also they will deduct your salary. Teacher’s are asked to wear two color suits only. Silly policy of keeping one month salary as security deposit which they never give if you leave. Salaries come on 20th of the next month which is highly unprofessional. They focus on teacher’s discipline and not on student’s discipline. Worst management and a lot of politics among staff. Worst experience. I would never recommend anyone to join this organisation

Children's Academy is the best School in Ghaziabad. Established 38 years ago in 1985, the school has consistently been giving the best results in board exams. The students are smart and stand out amongst all schools in the area. The teachers are dedicated and friendly. The students are achievers and all the staff is proud of each and every student.
