Not just subjects, but life lessons we learned, I know that we can't thank you all enough for everything you have done, You are responsible for all the prizes and achievements we've won, When we cried, you consoled us, When we laughed you joined us, When we achieved you clapped with others, When we fell down you held us up, And in return, you only expected our happiness, Teachers are the gift of God, and the angles in disguise, The blood and sweat you bestow in us is something we'll never ever forget, The selfless hardwork you put for us is beyond any debt. Thank you so much teachers for making us realize that school was the real fun... You'll are the guardians of our school who always give us hope which gives us strength to survive... Thank you for the times we bombarded you'll with our doubts, questions and requests, thank you for going through the uneasy process of teaching online so that our education does not stop, Thank you for teaching us with utmost patience, Thank you for all the good values and manners you'll have taught us ever since we were in playschool, Thank you for teaching us that nothing is impossible, words aren't enough to thank you'll... Established on the auspicious day of Labh Pancham of Samvat Year 1972 viz. in 1915 in a rented premises at Matunga, Mumbai, with two students, Shri. Hirji Bhojraj & Sons Cutchi Visha Oswal Jain Chhatralaya, popularly known as Matunga Boading is the backbone of the Cutchi Visha Oswal Jain Community. Initiated and inspired by Shri Velji Lakhamshi Napoo and other philanthropic and far sighted leaders of the community, Matunga Boarding has looked after more than 8500 students by providing them with education and training in various arts and crafts since its inception. In or about 1931, Shri Nanji Hirji Bhojraj and Shri Ratanshi Hirji Bhojraj donated a sum of Rs. 1,25,000 to the institution on certain terms and conditions inter alia adding the name of their father, that is, Shri Hirji Bhojraj. The institution is since then known as Shri Hirji Bhojraj & Sons Cutchi Visha Oswal Jain Chhatralaya.
