This school is just behaving inhumane with the students..most of the teachers are so rude with the students..The morning session is worst...There are few teachers who used to beat the students...The teacher in charge of morning sessions is just unbearable...she not even behaves badly with the students but also doesn't know how to interact with the guardians..the principal sir and vice principal madam is good but they don't have any control on her..she used to give threats to the guardians to deduct the marks of their kids from exam if anyone protest against her..she used to shout to the guardians on school yard like a fish market..guardians are frightened to complain against her as she used to take revenge from the little kids..
More over its really unfortunate that now a days when the education system has changed a lot and the mental health of the children are so important part of education system, this school is ruining the mental health of the small kids, even after having a school counselor...

I studied from lkg till class 12 here. I am grateful to our principal Mrs Bajpai and my respected teachers for their love and support. I am thankful that I studied from this school. The learning’s have definitely made me a good human being. I am thankful to Dhupshikha miss , other teachers.

This school was very good until Jhumur Bajpayee Mam was the principal. Since 2019, when she was heckled and driven out of school, there is no discipline at all. Bajpayee Mam was strict and ran the school in the most efficient manner. But presently, the school is a nightmare. Primary section was really praiseworthy, but secondary section is aweful. There is one skill class which is rubbish. In the name of being friendly with growing up children, the teacher is polluting the young minds with all rubbish and non-sense talks. The principal is puppet and takes no action against bullying. Mental health of victimized children is ignored. The teachers are partial, cannot judge good or bad, very unskilled. The school is now running on its previous reputation. In few years, WWA Cossipore School will be nowhere. Do not admit your children in this school, you will regret like anything.

If you want your son to become a Beta Male or your girl a Karen this school will be perfect for you. The don't know what discipline actually means. Only the Football Pitch is worth it.

Worst educational institution in the locality of North kolkata. Science group, particularly Chemistry lacks faculties who are able to explain clearly so that students can master the subjects for future competitive exam. My son sufferred a lot in this area.Thank God he is now persuing Bachelor of Dental Surgery, BDS after clearing Neet exam.

Everything is good about the school except for Mrs. Jhumur Bajpai who was the principal of the school, rather a dictator and a highly unethical person who has been dragged to court many times and now finally kicked out of the school.

An awarded school of CISCE affiliation for ICSE and ISC. The school has a pretty good lab facility. Several CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES take place like Interhouse tournaments of debate, drama, dance, elocution, cricket and football. Strict, disciplined (under the previous Principal ). A 75% attendance is compulsory. However, has undergone staff changes in recent years, and is slowly starting to rebuild amidst the pandemic.
Edit- I have seen negative comments in the reviews, and I tell you why. Yes the school is strict, very much unlike local schools. Yes, the procedures are strict, and if you are a humanities aspirant, it is not taught here. Punishments, problems with the faculty are common when you breach rules, being threatened of T.C., suspension, and complaints written in your diary. IT IS A SCHOOL, AND IT ADHERED TO THE SYSTEM. SOME PART OF THE EDUCATION SYSTEM IS FAULTY, THE SCHOOL CAN'T HELP BUT FOLLOW.
It has been an absolute pleasure reading in this school for 12 whole years. Could not continue into class 11 because got a better subject combination at RAMA, Airport. But you can't compare this gem to others. Check wwaces.in for more info.

The standard of this school is very good. It is one of the best schools in North Kolkata as well as in Kolkata. The location of the school is inside army area, so there is no chance of any outside turbulence to have any adverse impact on the operation of the school.
