This boarding school is truly exceptional, standing out among all the others we visited in India. It offers an outstanding curriculum that combines modern education with a wide range of co-curricular activities. Moreover, it places great emphasis on preserving culture and traditions, ensuring the holistic development of every child. The admission process was truly remarkable, and I must mention Miss Neetu from the admission department, whose vibrant personality and ever-present smile made the experience even more delightful. However, what truly sets this school apart is the professionalism and care displayed by the teachers, who manage everything in an incredibly organized manner.

And for sure in good shepherd international school we can find qualities and qualified staff to guide the kids. kindness and love plays a vital role in a school to guide, to mould , to empower and so on. I believe all these qualities will emerge onto our kids if they board there ... Admission department was very helpful with regards to admission process.... I am thankful for the wonderful experiences that I had personally encountered at GSIS. With much apprehension I had started the journey with GSIS. It was highly recommended by a good friend of mine who have had similar pleasant experiences at GSIS. The application process was an ease and I would like to thank Mdm Neetu for making this an easy journey for my son and me. She was easily and readily available to my calls and had much patience to see us through this whole process. Coming from another country of residence, I had the privilege of working with a dedicated team at GSIS
Making my first visit to the campus was such a positive experience right from the door step of GSIS security, to Ms Deepa, Mr Prabu and dorm parent Mr Alex. All of them gave such a warm feeling about the campus. My son had settled in well and that was an awesome feeling knowing that he is in good hands. Thank you TEAM GSIS.

It’s our first year in the school and the admission support and process was very smooth and encouraging. Ms Neetu wonderfully understands the apprehensions of parents and let’s it all unfold for us step by step. Infact, we made the decision based on our admission process experience largely!

I have known Neetu ma’am for quite a while now. She had been super helpful when I contacted her for my daughter’s admission process. Neetu ma’am has only ever followed school’s policy as established by the school and nothing more. She clarified all my doubts and queries regarding enrollment and admissions smoothly. Thank you mam.

The response from the admissions coordinator (Neetu) made me concerned about the school's priorities and transparency. Requiring an upfront payment before answering any enrollment questions suggests a focus on finances over students' needs. As a parent, I should be able to understand the school's offerings, values and admission policies before committing funds.
Unfortunately, the admissions coordinator was completely unwilling to provide this basic information without first demanding payment. When I asked questions, she referred only to "the school's policy" - but would not explain that policy or direct me to it, leaving me unable to learn more as a prospective parent. This interaction left me feeling that the school views prospective students as sources of funds rather than unique children to educate and support.
I cannot recommend this school if other parents have similar experiences to mine. Demanding payment simply to get basic questions answered reflects poorly on the school's priorities and approach to addressing parents' legitimate concerns.

I am writing to express my serious concern about the practices surrounding the school's travel arrangements, specifically regarding the escort services provided.
My primary concern arises from the fact that there are different timings allocated for students based on whether they use the school escort services or not. Students traveling from destinations without the school's escort service are restricted to a 5:00 PM arrival at school, while those utilizing the school's escort services are allowed to travel much later, sometimes reaching as late as 11:00 PM or even beyond. This discrepancy not only creates a sense of peer pressure among students but also leads to feelings of isolation for those who have to arrive early, potentially affecting their well-being.
Furthermore, the recent announcement of additional handling charges for flight tickets booked outside the school's purview is distressing. The imposition of an extra Rs. 1000 for tickets not booked through the school, and Rs. 500 for those booked through the school, feels like an unfair policy change without adequate prior communication or consent from parents. This raises concerns about transparency and the school's consideration for the financial burden on parents.
I urge the school administration to reconsider these policies and ensure that all students are treated fairly, without any discrimination based on the choice of travel arrangements. Transparent communication and consultation with parents on such policy changes are crucial for a harmonious relationship between the school and its stakeholders.
I hope for a prompt and favorable resolution to these concerns
