Admissions to Amrita Vidyalayams are open to all eligible candidates. All admissions are done as per the rules and regulations laid down by CBSE, except the Kollam Amrita Vidyalayam, that follows the directives of ICSE. There are no direct admissions for Classes X and XII.
Students seeking admission to Amrita Vidyalayams must contact the concerned Vidyalayam office for an application form.
The application should be duly filled in as per the instructions and admissions will be carried out as stated by the rules of the school.
Admission to Class I requires the child be a minimum of 5.5 years of age by June of the application year (a Birth Certificate is required). Admissions to all classes will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
