From an Academics Perspective ,school seems to be good. Pressure on kids is less and kids are given time to focus on activities such as sports and public speaking, dance etc. Unlike other Cbse/Icse schools, here the first and second standard kids don't have exams which is wonderful for kids and huge relief for parents. Kids till 6th std have to sit on the floor as chairs are not provided and a mini table is provided for kids to write. School has their own kitchen which serves the local healthy cuisine .Both breakfast and lunch is being served at school. They have a huge dining hall for the kids. The washrooms are old and in pathetic condition. The school has a big football ground and basketball arena along with badminton and squash courts. The biggest issue I have had is with the management as its one way traffic. Its their way or the high way. School has their own buses fitted with GPS.

GEAR is like a second home to me. The welcoming culture, the helpful teachers, and the unforgettable students have made this place very special for me. The recently done renovations and holistic style of education makes it one of a kind. Would highly recommend!

Excellent approach with focus on overall development of kids and keeping in mind each childs skills and interest. Very happy with their approach and focus. The environment is stress free and kids enjoy going to school. The teachers are like mentors and focus on academic is excellent. Students studying here are confident, good in academics and independent.

This school was started with good intentions by a very knowledgeable eduationist. They still have few of those good things still running. Negatives .. 1.its always a oneway traffic from school to parents. 2. PTA is non existent. 3. There is some one in management who is out there to monetize anything and everything. The school trips are cash cow for them . I guess schools have turned to lakshmi instead of saraswati.. these days. :-( So is the case with most schools
