Admission Process of Gopalan International School

The school admits students into Classes Playgroup II to VIII and Grade XI. The admission process begins from November. All students seeking admission to various classes are required to get their names registered for admission. Admissions are done on the basis of an interview and entrance examination. The new session starts from the first week of June and ends on the 31st of March.

Applications are required to be filled in full and submitted to the school office with the following documents as enclosures.

My child is a part of Middle School Department ICSE .Coordinator ,Simmi madam is very much reachable and I am very happy with the teachers. I am thoroughly impressed with the experience my child has had at Gopalan International school. My child is in Middle school (ICSE). I found that the coordinator Ms Simmi Nair is very approachable and also the teachers here are dedicated and genuinely care about each student's growth and development. As a parent my experience at GIS has been a very pleasant one.My child is in grade 7 ICSE this academic year. As a student of this school for the past 13 years, I can say that the teachers here are wonderful and extremely helpful. They have always been patient with me and have helped me to understand all the concepts with ease. I am grateful to all of them for being so kind to me. The facilities provided by the school are great, including the staff and the supporting staff who are always willing to help. The extracurricular activities offered here are vast and have helped me figure out my interests and preferences. Overall, my journey in this school has been wonderful. I would like to thank everyone who has made this possible. I am currently continuing my studies in the 11th and 12th grade and I must say that the courses offered for ISC are great too. It has allowed me to choose what I prefer for my future endeavors.

I was a student in this school for my higher secondary years, [11th and 12th] and I must say, it was worth it. The teachers were all experienced and knowledgeable and they taught with patience and love. They cared for every student present. Thanks to them I was able to get Above 90% in my 12th boards.

The science exhibition was very well conducted. I liked most of the experiments as they were all very exciting. Particularly the one where a leaf was boiled in order to show the presence of starch was very informative. I learnt a lot of new things by participating in the science exhibition. The experiments taught much more than just the textbooks can. My team was also one of the participants in the exhibition and we presented the concepts of filtration, sedimentation and decantation. I thoroughly enjoyed being a part of it. I congratulate the coordinators for conducting the science exhibition successfully and I look forward to more such exhibitions in future.

Gopalan International School's Annual Day, themed "Journey Around the World," showcased the diverse cultures of all seven continents, including Antarctica. Through vibrant performances and engaging displays, students beautifully depicted the unique traditions and customs of each region. It was a testament to the school's commitment to fostering understanding and appreciation for the world's rich heritage. Gopalan International School's Annual Day Celebration was a delightful journey around the world, beautifully presented by their pre-primary students. With the theme "A Journey Around the World," the young talents took the audience on a mesmerizing tour of all seven continents. From the icy wonders of Antarctica to the vibrant cultures of South America, Africa, Europe, Asia, Australia, and North America, each segment was brought to life with vibrant costumes, expressive dances, and melodious songs. The attention to detail and seamless coordination showcased the students' dedication and passion for the performing arts. It was an enchanting afternoon that left a lasting impression on all who attended. Thanks Manju Mam (Prep-C) and Pramila Mam(Coordinator) and all the school teachers and staff for organizing such event.

Their transport team is not organised well, it is today experience near Garden city college, Driver is in rash driving while driving, in to so many children inside the bus. Pls change the Driver immediately,bcs it is very sensitive matter for children of anything went wrong. Especially school bus driver should need patience, I guess the one who is driving the bus is not that much patience that to in small roads.

Very very irresponsible sports department response when my child was severely injured. When my child was injured her ankle during gymnastics competition, I rushed to the sports department asking for pain killer, it was right in-front of my eyes, he didn’t allow me to take it in-fact he insisted me to carry the child and bring with the coach together. Even I pleaded offered money for the spray, he didn’t oblige! I had to go out for several kilometres and get it. If in case any emergency I’m sure they will attend your child. In case if I wasn’t there, what would’ve happened to my child? Parents who are sending their children to this school “BE VERY CAUTIOUS”.

it was a really fun experience to be a part of the science exhibition today at science day . I learnt about many scientists and their inventions in detail . I saw many science experiments and liked some of them prepared by grade 7 students. I also liked the presentation prepared by grade 7b students ,about the working of a roller coaster. this science exhibition was the most knowledgeable and memorable event that we had in the school.

We had an opportunity to participate in the science exhibition held at our school on 28th February, 2024. The theme of the event was science for a sustainable future. We students, got a wonderful opportunity to research and demonstrate on the various experiments and projects of science. We visited other classes also and got a chance to observe a range of experiments. The event was very well organised by our respected co-ordinator Simmi ma'am, our class teacher Divya ma'am and our science teachers.

Shlok Gupta , On 28th February, GIS organised a science exhibition. The students showcased static and working models, which could be used for teaching and learning scientific concepts, especially for students of the grades 5 to 7. In every student there was a spark. Each student was quirky in the science exhibition. They were eloquent in their articulation. When the teachers have questions and queries the students answer it flawlessly. The exhibition included students display, charts, models, power points and working models. It was a wonderful experience. We students learnt many things working as groups. At last, I would like to thank our Principal Ma’am, Ms. Simmi Ma’am and our Respected Divya Ma’am for this marvellous look-in.

Hello, I am Manan from class 6 C, The middle school science expo was an incredibly exciting and educational experience. The event featured a variety of exhibits that captivated my interest from start to finish. From the beginning, I was drawn to the interactive displays that made learning about science a truly engaging experience. Few highlights of the day were the hands-on exhibits that allowed me to actively participate and experiment with various scientific concepts. Whether it was exploring the wonders of physics through simple experiments, learning fun chemical reactions, or understanding the intricacies of biology with interactive models, each exhibit offered a unique and enjoyable learning opportunity. I particularly liked how all the classes ensured that the activities were not only informative but also fun, making science feel like an adventure. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the middle school science expo. The combination of informative exhibits and interactive displays made the event both entertaining and educational. It was a fantastic opportunity to broaden my understanding of science while having a great time exploring science projects. I would like to thank my Class teacher, Academic Coordinator, Principal and all the teachers who helped in preparation! Without your help, preparation for Science Expo would not have been as easy, and today's Event would not have been as fantastic.

For the last 5years I am involved with GIS as a faculty. It has been a nice working experience for me and with each passing years I could feel the bond has been ever strengthening. Whether it is my coordinator or our Principal Ma'am, I have always felt very easy and comfortable to walk to them for any guidance at any point of time , whenever I have faced any challenge.
