I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with my experience at this school during my 11th and 12th years. Throughout this time, I endured significant hardships due to the behavior of several teachers who regularly bullied me. However, I must acknowledge the kindness and professionalism of Ms. Shashikala Ma'am and Ms. Mangala Ma'am, who provided me with support during those challenging years. My time at this school was exceptionally difficult due to the bullying behavior I faced from certain teachers. As a below-average student, I believe it's important to recognize that not everyone excels academically, and such differences should be respected. Despite graduating from Kensri now, the memories of those two years remain deeply troubling. On a related note, my mother, who has been a dedicated teacher at Kensri for the past two years, has also encountered mistreatment from a senior teacher, Ms. Kavitha. Ms. Kavitha has consistently harassed and belittled my mother, even going as far as to reprimand her for taking a legitimate two-week leave when I was hospitalized with dengue fever. It is unacceptable for Ms. Kavitha to speak to my mother in such a disrespectful manner, especially considering my mother's commitment to her work, including working overtime and sacrificing personal time. Furthermore, I was appalled when Ms. Kavitha informed my mother that her last working day would be on the 31st, allegedly due to parental complaints. As far as I am aware, my mother has never received any complaints from parents and has always handled her responsibilities with utmost professionalism. It is clear to me that Ms. Kavitha's actions are unjust and unwarranted. I implore the school's administration to thoroughly investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Ms. Kavitha. It is essential to ensure that teachers are held accountable for their behavior and that new teachers, regardless of their qualifications, are welcomed and supported rather than bullied. I sincerely hope that the founder will take this message seriously and intervene to prevent further mistreatment."

Severe gaps between what the management preaches vs what happens at school. Teachers are good (not all though) but thats about it. Management, accounts, admin are probably operating in semi hibernated mode, if not always, most of the times. The principal seems to have no interest in replying, or for that matter, even acknowledging the queries raised by the parents. I dont even want to start about accounts department. With 100% confidence, its evidentially conclusive that Kensri accounts department is literally the most incompetent one I have ever encountered. They need to start "walking the talk". I see lots of values, integrity etc, are actively been marketed well by leadership in different functions, gatherings, annual functions etc. but its NOT been followed by the school management at all.

Few un-ethical teachers are working as teachers in this school. They don't know ethics, they don't have good behaviour towards students. They feel that they came from extra- terrestrial space only after Mr. Sirish Kumar begged them to come and teach in this school. One such teacher is Mr. Sunil who teaches Maths for Class 9. Such a short tempered so called teacher is a waste for this school. I don't know how this school is paying to such type of teachers who don't know how to behave with students. I don't understand how management recruits such people as teachers who do not have ethics and who do not have behavioural skills. Subject knowledge every X Y Z person will have. Only subject knowledge doesn't suffice to be a good teacher. Pity on this Kensri School. God only can save the students of this school.

Road connectivity is poor, very narrow road. Garbage on the side of road reaching the school. If the road is widened and cleanliness is mentained it would create good atmosphere.

Thanks to school management and respected teachers for driving such a fantastic event. This is truly tremendous job done and the kids are awesome in creating the experiments and explaining the things. No words to say. Once again thanks a lot. Please do have more such things in future.

Kensri does not focus only on academic , where focus on extra circulam and more innovative topic, which is really appreciable. Regarding the POWER project, i could see kid being in level 6 think beyond higher level. Which makes us happy and proud.

It's the most worst school I have come across. Founder speaks so much about values but the way he treats the staff is miserable. I have taken out my child this year from this school , as he used to come and tell me that the so called founder Srish kumar will conduct workshops with children , and he barks at the teachers front of the children itself. My son used to come and imitate the same way, we feared where he will get the qualities of the founder. We want the children to come up with good values. Teachers in kensri are excellent. I request the teachers to not to work under such a man who don't know the meaning of respect. World is wide, join the place where your work is valued and respected. My humble request 1.Don't join as a staff here. 2. Don't put your children here.

On 23 May 2023 at around 10:30 am I arrived for the admission of my child at kensri school. While waiting in the front office I heard someone shouting on top of his lungs. I felt weird hearing. Seeing the situation I made up my mind not to admit my daughter in this school where staff are ill treated and possibly faculties could take revenge out of their frustration on the students. As a person I did not like the environment and I left without meeting the counselor.

After our Children’s grade 10 we planned to move and settled in our hometown. However, to find the best school in town was indeed a challenge. We shared this concern with our friends and relatives. One of our friends who is a principal in an ICSE School advised us KENSRI School & College. Prior to that we had visited most of the CBSE affiliated schools around us and one way or the other it was not fitting into our concerns. On a Saturday morning we called and went to KENSRI School and met Miss Mamatha at the reception. A great professional who knows how to handle the students, parents and the admission formalities and upon request, she arranged immediately an interview for my 1st child. Meantime Miss Mamatha arranged a meeting with HM Miss Renu Elizabeth and us. This face-to-face talk motivated us and even our children to join this beautiful school. Our 1st Child Studied for the past two years and came out with good results and got admission in a reputed college for his higher studies in merit level. The following year my 2nd child also got admission in this school and come out with good results and got admission in the 1st round of Karnataka Govt Seat allocation in a reputed college. Miss Punita, Ravi Sir, Miss Sherin & Miss Liby, had taken extra care, effort and time for them to get to this level. They went the extra mile by giving personal time and attention to both my Children. During our absence of us as parents, it was a great comfort and relief for us. Parent¬-teachers’ meetings were great opportunities for us to interact and know our Children’s stand and progress. Thank you with a grateful heart. We as family really want to thank the teachers and management for supporting our Children not only academically but also you have played a great role in molding their character. support our children in their 11th and 12th. It is impossible to put a price tag on the kind of education our child received from teachers, management/school, your guidance is truly priceless. A quote comes to my mind, "Intelligence plus character—that is the goal of true education."—Martin Luther King Jr. KENSRI School & Collage, has really taken much effort by teachers / management to encourage the children in every way to come out good result and shape up the character of children for the future. Thank you once again for the outstanding services, care, love given to many and hope so for our future generation. Points of Concern: 1) Outside tar roads need to be widened and easily accessible walking paths to be made for the safety of students. 2) Front office (Reception) staff need to be trained to have soft skills while dealing with clients. Kindly train them accordingly. God bless you all. (Grateful Parent)

Giving 2 rating purely to very poor infrastrcure and poor management not due to academics 1. School is not clean 2. School is place in narrow road and there is no proper planning on how to handle traffic during school start and closure time; since they are placed in narrow atleast they should request near by main road premises to allow commute through there property to enter there school which will easy up traffic 3. School bus drivers are probably the rudest people on earth; they dont care who are in inside there vehicle very harsh driving and also they dont care for vehicle moving around them on road 4. Private vehicles mafia; private cabs who are also dropping kids to school have created a kind of mafia around the school they dont allow private vehicle owners to drop there kids 5. Security staff probably the worst; they dont give respect; even if kids are small who needs to picked up they dont allow inside the compound the vehicle they give all possible execuses indicating PT teacher has instructed, management has instructed

Dear Kensri NIOS Teachers, Admin and Sports team, My daughter studies in 4th Standard. Today I saw her engaging and enjoying so much. The event was organized meticulously, structured and enjoyable. I saw all the kids and parents getting engaged and having fun. Generally, any event to be organized in a smooth fashion is always a challenge but to organize this with special needs kids around is humongous task. Kudos to all the efforts being put forth by the Admin, Teachers and Sports team members to organize this event in such a smooth manner and to make it more enjoyable was the 'icing on the cake'!!!! Keep up the brilliant work and we are always there to support you for such causes!!!! Regards Sree

Post covid school academic gone beyond -10 rating. Management is not good, some teachers are unprofessional. Management needs to consider this to take serious note. Teachers are hurting kids and using low level languages. They don't know how to handle kids and teaching is going even worst. Management always looking for money. Some time my son crying in the night due to teachers unnecessary blaming and punishment on him scared about the teachers. Sometime he asked me to not going to school, management needs to take severe action on this note. Many parents having same issue. Teachers needs to guide the student not punish them very unprofessional. Paying school fees loosing our peace every now and then. I feel even not send to this kind of some unprofessional teachers school kids will not learn good things in the school.

One of the best school and pattern of education. School really need a platform near the compound wall so that school kids can walk without getting any trouble from cars and bikes.

The teachers in Kensri are amazing, the curriculum is second to none and each child is treated with care. My Daughter is always happy to go to school and full of smiles when we pick her up. I attribute this to the exemplary teaching and community feel of the school. Special thanks to Nazira Mam :) She very much enjoy their time in school and learning new things each and every day. They participate in a variety of activities and events and enjoy both their teachers and classmates company. They are having a great time and lots of fun too!”. I would like to congratulate and thank all the staff members, principal ma’am and lovely kids for a very delightful and wonderful experience. I also got a chance to meet the chairman of the school very recently during a special program and very much inspired with his passion and motive behind running this school amidst all the hurdles & challenges. Such a nice person with good nature & motive.
