The PSBB Millennium Group of Schools is a collaborative venture between the Bala Bhavan Educational Trust, Chennai that runs the PSBB Group of Schools and the Learning Leadership Foundation run by a group of talented, innovative thinkers and philosophers who felt the rising need for quality education to be made available to more children.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Only ONLINE registration will be accepted for classes Pre KG to Class IX.Shortlisted students will be intimated via email.Printed copy of the application form and the required documents to be submitted at the School Office, on the date intimated in the mail.Classes UKG, I, II and III, will study both Kannada and Hindi as second language.

Photocopy of the Birth Certificate and the Original Birth Certificate to be carried for verification.

Two recent colour passport size photographs of the student.

Copy of Aadhar Card of Child

Copy of Aadhar Card of both Parents.

Proof of residence – A self attested photocopy of the Electoral card/Driving License/Passport/Electricity Bill (Originals of these documents required for verification).

Vaccination record of child (Applicable for classes Pre KG LKG & UKG)

Medical certificate of child (In case of any Major Ailment/ Allergy)

Proof of previous class studied – Transfer Certificate / Study Certificate / Report Card (except for class Pre KG)

Copy of the submitted Registration form

• Class IX Final Marks Card

• Class X Term I Pre-Board Marks
