Receptionist is a shameless disrespectful skunk. I studied in this school for 11th and 12th class. Staff is rude. Teaching quality in 11th -12th is average. They think all students are going to coaching so they don't put any efforts. Receptionist is rude. Entire department is extremely rude and ill mannered. Infrastructure is pathetic they don't have proper playgrounds. Tiles used on playground are slippery and students get hurt all the time. Classes stink due to lack of ventilation. Desks are old and stinky. Only labs are good . You can have these facilities in any school for much lower fees. They are famous just because of using DAV banner. Otherwise nobody would have come to this school.its muck. Don't waste money. Especially Receptionist is extremely rude and knows nothing about the school. The only reason she still has job because she does buttering to the higher departments.(maybe licks) She disrespects parents as well. No shame at all

The principal of dav shrestha vihar is very bad and she don't have manners to talk with students or parents and she was not take the excuse of children and teachers are also bad.

DAV Shreshtha Vihar is the worst school I have ever seen. The infrastructure of this school is pathetic. Three months ago, we went to this school to admit our ward in Grade XI and the admission deppt. was so rude.

We visited DAV shrestha vihar, our experience was very pathetic and receptionist and others staff don't know how to talk and behave to the parents. Receptionist of the DAV shrestha delhi is having Attitude problem and she rudely behaved and reacted like the owner of the DAV. There is no soft skill found at reception or helping desk. How to expect the Overall personality development of our ward under this pathetic environment and egoistic behavioral approach. No body in the system was to supervise and control the rude behavior of receptionist at front office. Overall experience is very very poor. The Front Office of the School DAV Shreshtha Vihar is lacking with genral abdicate. From the main gate to the reception, every level have the same issue. Especially the receptionist, shows a very rude behaviour towards parents and students. No, proper conversation skills. She behaves just as if the parents are nothing in front of her. Non Cooperative Staff, that to with no skills. Defaming DAV's name. This environment is a resistance to children development. Even, there is no one to look after all such things. Lack of Administration! Therefore, please arrange to provide soft skills conversation training to the staff. Thanks & Regards

We got out baby name in second list I DAV Shreshtha Vihar, due to some emergency we could not submit fees till a week, after one week when we went there the principal said that our sheet is alloted to other party and now we have give donation. They alloted our sheet to other without confirming and informing to us...it's not fare I hate this kind of system.
