Going back in timeMaharishi Dayanand Saraswati rose on the horizon when India was passing through an era of superstitions, social evils, illiteracy, ignorance and slavery. He promised his Guru Swami Virjanand that he would spread the light of the Vedas throughout the length and breadth of the country. As a true patriot, in his acclaimed work ‘Satyarth Prakash’, he enunciated the doctrine of India’s Independence by talking about Swaraj and Swadeshi. After the death of Swamiji on October 30, 1883, his followers decided that an educational institution would be the best memorial in the honor of their mentor.
The first DAV school was opened on June 1, 1886 (Tuesday) with Shri Hansraj as the Head Master (now, known as Mahatma Hansraj). Dayanand Anglo Vedic College Trust and Management Society got registered on August 18, 1886 with the objectives of teaching and learning of:-Hindi Literature.Classical Sanskrit of the Vedas;English literature for the study of Science and Technology (both theoretical and applied).
Today, this organization runs and manages over 780 world class educational institutions of public schools, colleges and institutes of professional education and research, not only in India, but in abroad as well. The organization has taken one step forward by opening a DAV University at Jalandhar, Punjab. The society has embraced modernization and introduced technology in all its institutes and thus, creating a network of people all over the globe so as to spread and strengthen the Vedic virtues.
It is indeed a matter of immense pride and honor for the school to be progressing under the aegis of DAVCMC and perpetuate the sacred memory of Mahatma Hansraj, the apostle of deep rooted and time honored values.

Kindly read the instructions given below carefully:
Guidelines for filling the Online Registration form and processing of payment.
1. Age of candidate should be 3+ as on 31-03-2023 but not more than 4 years 1 month
2. Fill the form in CAPITAL letters only.
3. Form can be filled only once by one particular e-mail id / mobile number.
4. No prospectus will be sold.
5. Keep details of your Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking ready for online payment of Rs. 25/- as the registration amount.
6. After registering your mobile number / email- id please wait for the OTP to receive the login password.
7. Fill the form carefully. Avoid duplication. Multiple forms will be rejected automatically.
8. To print the online submitted form for deposition, please login again with your registered mobile number / email-id.
9. Print out of the filled registration form along with the supporting documents, duly signed by both the parents , must be submitted at Gate No. 3. The drop box facility would be available till 23rd December, 2022 4:00 p.m.
10. Physical submission of Online Registration Form is compulsory.
11. Last date for online registration & deposition is 23rd December, 2022.
12. All communication would be made at the applicant’s mobile no. provided in the form.
13. Registration form filled during Trial Period/ before the date specified by the DOE i.e. 1st December, 2022 will be rejected/not considered for admission.

After Payment, an option SEND ANYWAY will reflect on your screen. You are requested to Click the same.
The payment will not process, if you fail to click SEND ANYWAY option.
This option would help in generating the fee receipt.
Kindly save the receipt for future reference.

• Date of Birth Certificate of child issued by M.C.D / Registrar of Births & Deaths.
- Proof of residence: Documents valid as proof of address of parent / child as per circular no. F.DE.15 (172 / PSB / 2016 / 12671-81 DATED 13.11.2019 issued from Directorate of Education Private School Branch (PSB ) are as follows:
- Ration Card / Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/ Father having name of the child).
- Voter I-Card (EPIC ) of any of the parent
- Domicile certificate of the child or of his / her parents.
- Latest Electricity Bill / MTNL telephone Bill / Water bill / Driving License / Passport in the name of any of the parent or child
- Aadhar Card / UID card issued in the name of any of the parent.
- Proof of Sibling: Copy of latest fee slip of biological (not cousin brother/sister) sibling studying in Hansraj Model School.
• Proof of Alumni School Leaving Certificate of Sr. Sec. Examination.
