ADMISSION: Open for PP1 to Grade XII for the Academic Year 2023-2024.

NURSERY             Child must complete 2 1/2 years by 31st August.

PPI         Child must complete 3 1/2 years by 31st August.

PPII        Child must complete 4 1/2 years by 31st August.

GRADE - I            Child must complete 5 1/2 years by 31st August.

GRADE - II           Child must complete 6 1/2 years by 31st August.

GRADE - III          Child must complete 7 1/2 years by 31st August.

GRADE - IV          Child must complete 8 1/2 years by 31st August.

GRADE - V           Child must complete 9 1/2 years by 31st August.

GRADE - VI          Child must complete 10 1/2 years by 31st August.

GRADE - VII         Child must complete 11 1/2 years by 31st August.

GRADE - VIII       Child must complete 12 1/2 years by 31st August.

GRADE - IX          Child must complete 13 1/2 years by 31st August.

REGISTRATION : Registration for new enrolment can be obtained from the School office in person on all working days from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. On Sundays and holidays between 10:00 am and 01:00 pm.

ENTRANCE TEST: An entrance test is conducted to evaluate the aptitude of a student in various subjects pertaining to admission in a particular class.

GRADE/SCORE :The Student is required to fulfill the equivalent grade corresponding to the admission as decided by the admission committee .

Test will be conducted within a week of registration.

Test will be conducted on the allotted date.

Oral Test will be conducted for Class LKG (PP1)

Oral/Written Test will be conducted for from UKG (PP2) to Grade-III.

Written Test will be conducted for Grade IV to IX.

Parent will be escorted to take a tour of the school on the test day to get acquainted with the various wings or departments.

Selected applicants will be given an appointment with the student counsellor before the selection letter is issued.

Acceptance of Admission needs to be conveyed within a week.

Applying for admission does not imply admission. Admission is subject to eligibility of student and availability of seats.

Complete the admission formalities by submitting prescribed documents and payment of the Term fee once the admission is granted.

Submit the duly filled Admission Info along with the required documents.

Incomplete Admission Info may lead to admission denial without giving any reason.

Documents to be submitted at the time of admission

Two recent passport size colour photographs of the candidate and two each of the parents or the guardian.

Photo copy of the date of birth certificate (Issued by Municipal Corporation or any authorized competent authority).

Photo copy of the Aadhaar card of the Student.

Photo copy of Caste certificate if applicable (issued by competent authority); original needs to be shown for verification.

Photo copy of the Progress Report of the current academic year from the previous school.

Transfer Certificate (Duly Countersigned by concerned authority) to be submitted after the completion of the current academic year in the existing school for the students seeking admission from Gr.2(Mandatory) Date of submission would be specified by the school.

Health Card (if any)

* It will be the personal responsibility of the parent to inform the school in writing, if the student is undergoing any medical treatment / medical ailment / allergies etc… at the time of Registration.
