I graduated from this school last year and theres definetly some shady stuff going on cuz in the practicals almost everyone got a 20 on their project regardless of how bad one was. so theres some weird other school teachers gives us full marks and our teachers give their students full marks. Only reason this school wasnt a slog was cuz my classmates were super funny

It was my worst mistake ever to join this school
please dont make the same mistake as me and join this .
This school resembles a venus flytrap , it only shows how good of a school it is from the outside , once they get your money through the fees they'll show you their real side , it has robbed me of my school experience and many others too.
It has ruined my life at a level.
1) No sports - barely 1 period is there for sports every week and that id also taken by some teacher .
2) Ineligible Faculty - the teachers are not qualified enough to be teaching high schoolers , IT teacher has an arts degree....
3) No care - the student does not recieve the care they should be getting from the teachers and the teachers through their BORING way of teaching kill the students interest in a subject , as Walter Lewin said : a teacher who makes physics boring is a criminal
I guess physics teachers at podar fall in that category .
ll in all DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD HERE.

Ms. Avnita Bir (Principal) and exactly know how to take their teachers and vendors for granted. Very unprofessional to work with them. The school is losing its name and will get in to a problem. Please email me so that k can send you pictures and messages of what kind of scam the principal is doing.

My daughter Niranjana studied in this school for a little over a year (2022-2023). The school is very money minded in every sense. They took the entire year's transportation fee of around Rs. 50000 in the beginning of the term itself. We unfortunately had to shift to Goa after one month and the school denied refunding the transportation fee on pro rata basis. We wrote multiple mails but the standard reply is that it's the trustees decision and they won't provide any means of contacting the so called trustee members. Can you imagine losing Rs. 50000? She just used the school bus for over a month for which they could have cut 4000 or so and refunded the rest if they had some basic ethics. They also charge one lakh rupees in the year of joining in the name of compulsory enrichment classes. School uniforms and textbooks are also those made by businesses owned by the trust.

My daughter, in spite of winning the national title of Miss Teen India, was NEVER EVER encouraged or publicly recognised on school platform. Instead, we were pretty much belittled for showing a differently oriented career choice that our daughter made.

it is really good till 10th since i studied only from 7th to 10th, it has high focus on academics and less on extracurricular and clubs. they have good teachers for science and social science, hindi and english too, but they should upgrade the maths teachers. overall the crowd is friendly and hardworking you will have fun while learning and will remember the time you spend dearly, teachers help if you have doubts and the principal is very sweet too.

It is the worst school I have ever been to,peeps here will loot you like hell, they will charge you for petty things. The school doesn't even have an attached playground. Some Teachers of this school are very partial and biased. The only memorable thing in my journey in Podar was my awesome friends' circle whereas everything else was terrible.I kindly suggest everyone to better take admission to any govt school rather than this place, where only studies matter, they don't even care about your overall development.Glad ,I left this school

They want the child to be a scholar frm 1st std only.if the child dsnt study well the supervisors will harass you by calling you again and again.they will call you every month..Very bad experience i had, my daughter literally use to cry and beg us not to send her to this school coz the teachers are partial and they like the kids who score well.A lot of politics going on.....Not even worth gving 1 star...just for those torture supervisors..
