Child safety is not a concern for Legacy and its transport Bhagirathi. My daughter goes to Mont2 and Legacy and its trusted transport vendor denied to provide pickup at the apartment’s main gate “Goyal Orchid Greens”. So. Please get a confirmation from Legacy and it’s transport vendor before admitting your child to legacy so as parent you don’t have to bear financial losses later when they deny to give your child a safe pick up and the drop point. Now I am being forced to change my child’s school. Also, please note all other schools e.g. Vidyashilp, Canadian, Stonehill, DPS, NPS, Chaman Bhartiya, Euro etc. already providing pickup & drop at the main gate of our apartment. I’ll update this review as things progress. I am posting this here so no other parent has to go through the experience that we have been going through - it’s draining financially and emotionally. I can be contacted if you want to know the email exchange that happened between Legacy and us. Happy to share all the proofs to support my review and the experience of dealing with Legacy. Edited the original review at 19th April 2024 5:14PM post seeing school's response here - the response given by the school on this review is just half part of the problem. It's not just about mid-term transport request. I have been trying to get a confirmation for the next term's pick-up point also so, I can take a decision for my child. However, school's trusted partner Bhagirathi is yet to provide any information. We have been asked to wait until August to get the route information for the next academic year by the head of school - I appreciate him being transparent. This request was pending since March. I'll update my review based on the information received in the month of Aug - we'll hang-on till Aug.

If you care about your children’s safety then please take a look at their transport policy as the vendor Byrathi doesn’t care about the safety and the security of the children. Despite raising this with the Legacy management they have no or least control on the vendor. You are risking your children’s life by opting for their transport system. I’ll update this review if I get any response from the schools management or the transport vendor. My child studies in Mont2 and I’ll not compromise with her safety. First of all my kids don’t study at legacy school but I have to take the same route via legacy school to my kids school. This school doesn’t have their own parking facility and they use public road for student pick up and drop off which is a real pain every single day to cross this road. The traffic starts from all three ways, from Byrathi Ayyappa temple road to hennur gubbi circle. Sometime even beyond that. Mornings are rush hour for everyone who goes to work or to drop off their kids to school because of this schools’ poor parking facility it is creating heavy traffic around that school area. Unfortunately for us that is the only way out. If I take the opposite route again there will be heavy traffic congestion near gubbi circle by legacy school busses. The school that charges heavy fee doesn’t have a parents pick up and drop parking infrastructure and they are ok causing trouble to public I guess.

Worst experience.. security run the show here and they trend to watch interesting videos or keep them busy talking with their friends, not interested nto talk to the parents who come for admission enquiry. I have visited 2 twice last 15 days and not able to reach the administration team over phone nor they call me back. Both the times security literally fought me and asked me to come next week and all their admission team keep the phone switch off (don't know why they display the number here). I am scared if the over educated team (security) run the show and behave like a king..better not to drop my loved one in this message.

This school has worst bus drivers ever. To keep their in time they won't care about others on road .Today I have met with near accident at kasturinagar which was by this school bus number KA53D8645 and drive behavior was horrible. He don't know how to join the main road by cut road. I was almost killed by this bus. Think before joining ur children to this school which have this kind of drivers for their school bus. I request to teach how to drive with children on board... I have shared photo of how he almost hit me

Legacy School's recent actions are nothing short of an outrageous farce. This supposedly modern educational institution has chosen to prioritize 500 meters of scorching agony over the well-being of its students, all in the name of an archaic concept—vastu. Yes, you read that correctly. Once, a direct route from campus to the DMT area existed, a practical solution. But now, children are subjected to a grueling journey under the blazing sun, all to appease a belief system that has no place in the 21st century. As if this weren't enough, parents are treated like nuisances, their concerns ignored. Legacy School's decision to bow to outdated superstitions while disregarding the comfort and safety of its students is not just absurd, but deeply disturbing. If you're interested in an education that takes cues from medieval times, Legacy School might be your perfect fit. But if sanity, reason, and student well-being matter to you, steer clear of this archaic nightmare parading as an educational institution.

The location marked was not exactly matching with the school building. Because of this, an additional 1 km travel to the backside of the school is shown in google navigation. Whereas no such entry/ gate is there at the backside. It has still not been updated by the school or is misled by the bus transport agency.

Had been twice to this place for my kid’s kindergarten admission. The whole process lasted 10mins by which they completed an evaluation and made a decision. We were told that they cannot go forward and did not receive any detailed feedback. It’s inexplicable how they judge a 4 year old with 10 min evaluation, doesn’t speak highly of methods they might be using when teaching

Not upto mark as mentioned on the portal, reality will totally shock you. Overall incomplete syllabus, no emphasis on core concepts nor writing skills, language teaching is subpar, 80% non-certified teachers (some parents taking up teaching as a hobby), no response nor real action from the management despite multiple complains about the several loopholes in the system, mixed teaching methods has created poor quality of incomplete irrelevant education imparted to students who are struggling with core academics, co-curriculum is just for namesake, school is just focused on increasing fees year after year without addressing the existing problems faced by many students. Not to mention most of the staff & subset of parents are snobs who doesn't care about the future of children, live in their own fake showoff world.

My impression of this school is not good at all. I had gone to the school to meet my three children who study there, and I was not allowed to meet them by the school authorities. The principal explained to me (the father of the kids !) that they do not allow parents to meet their children (even in an emergency) - Bizarre ! Besides, the school is super expensive and I did not see anything there that should make it so expensive.

A complete school from a parent’s perspective. A few pointers that make us happy that our children are a part of the Legacy School FAMILY. I mean it when I say FAMILY. Well-established protocols & process that define a student’s engagement during the academic year with the right blend of academics and co-curricular activities. Highly qualified teachers who challenge kids to think beyond, with the assistance of written materials, practical experiments and online simulations etc. Low student-teacher ratio is definitely an added advantage, where the teacher is one among the child’s learning and always ensuring that the child’s interest to learn, assimilate and retain is given utmost importance & care. Students are exposed to a varied number of co-curricular activities, both in-house and also with external tie-ups. They do ensure that the best in the field of expertise are roped-in, be it dance, drama, yoga or sports. A well maintained Basket-ball court and small Football field, are a happy place to be. The canteen area is open air, which allows the children to have a sit-down meal in a neat and clean environment with lots of greenery. The school does take care of aesthetics and cleanliness at all times. Open minded culture, which allows the child to think & be aware of their surroundings, encourages children to think how they can be responsible citizens with sound education. The school definitely takes cognisance of all safety measures across grades. Discipline at school is core but how is it communicated to children is what makes the school different. My children have never wanted to miss a day of school - That itself is Testimony !
