The day our son joined Orchid, his interest in swimming and skating has been increasing regularly. With no impact on his studies, he is participating in many sports activities across the city and building his own identity.

My son was a homeschooled kid since grade 1 and I wanted to get him into a school just to see if he enjoys this change and if we see any major benefit. Moreover , I was going to be busy with some personal commitments for the year and thus wanted my son to maintain his study routine regardless of my availability. With an open mind we searched for the closest school. Orchids international school was the closest school from our society. Just a couple of KMs away. However, on inquiring , we realized that only a single grade 1 kid from our society was going to this school out of 540 families. This was surprising. Still , we decided to select this school after meeting the sales team. We were very clear that our expectations from the school was not academic development but the co-curricular activities and fun learning that the school claims to nurture. To our dismay , just after a couple of months we realized that this school was a mistake. We got to know that some other parents in our society got their kids out of this school after a few years due to the level of this school/branch. There were a lot of activities for namesake like Chess , Taekwondo , public speaking workshops , horticulture etc. However , the chess class ran with no teacher for 3 weeks , the public speaking teacher herself was stuttering in front of 20 parents while introducing herself (don't know how was she going to help our kids become TedX speakers) , kids did not see the face of the computer lab for many weeks while learning computers , the coordinator and the operations manager provided conflicting statement on why the kids were not taken to the computer lab since the start of the classes. Even after knowing that majority of the parents are software engineers , the kids were taught computers like social studies. All in all , we felt that this was not worth the fee and precious time our kid was spending. Probably the level of teachers is not up to the mark in this branch. Most of them were with a heavy first language influence and even our son started catching that heavy vernacular accent in his language. We wanted him to speak any language with purity. whether it be English, Hindi or Kannada. There were many other reasons with a long list. Finally, we decided to pull him out , back for homeschooling. Probably , there will be improvements in this branch later. But for now, my review for this school , unfortunately is "subpar".

The music programs at this school are truly impressive. My child has gained a wealth of knowledge and developed a real love for music. It has exceeded my expectations, from singing to learning to play instruments—my daughter is excelling.

I chose Orchid for my three children for several reasons. The school is conveniently located near our home, it’s the best in the city, and the academic performance at year-end is exceptional. Plus, there are plenty of activities for the kids.

The school places a strong emphasis on building a solid foundation for all its students. Regular assessments by the teachers ensure that learning is continuous and effective. My son is actively involved in sports activities on the playground.

I really like Orchid's teaching style. It’s way better to show concepts practically rather than just having kids memorize stuff. Taking them to labs and using projector screens to demonstrate how things work is awesome. Thumbs up from me!

Brilliant performance by kids, we really appreciate the staff and teachers getting the performance done by kids is not that easy, well organised, worth participation in the program Jungle Walk.

I am parent of Akshara from Grade 2D from Sarjapur Branch. The school have taken initiative in making the kids on learning how the animals live in Jungle by making it as an act and making kids to wear costumes as well. The kids get to gain more knowledge on this on how animals live. Remya mam who takes good care of kids and make sure their acts are in place

Ridhishaa. 2D The effort and dedication that went into planning and executing this event were evident in every aspect, from the careful selection of the jungle trail to the thoughtful supervision of the students. The teachers' enthusiasm and encouragement helped bring out the best in the children, making it a fun and educational experience for all.

Education has come a long way since we have passed out of the school. At Orchid the science field has particularly impressed me a lot. Yes they are taught through books but they also teach through models and props for better understanding.

The performing arts teacher is the main reason my daughter wants to go to school everyday with all the excitement in the world. She has formed her own little community of people with teachers, mentors and fellow theatre art students and she loves it.

School is having good curriculum, books and teachers. Infra of the school is not up to the mark. And some management points we can find but its all bcz all branches are managed from central team.
