Horrible staff and management. They just don't bother parents time. Their time is important and precious and parents have no value here. Now they have come up with a new rule of appointment which is never told/discussed with the parents. I visited for temp travel arrangements for offline exams for my daughter and just to confirm the amount they took more than 2 hours. Surprise part was nobody is aware it seems for the temp travel arrangement fees. Security will not even allow you to go inside and Mr. Anish will ask you sit at Security gate. They don't have a reception hence you need to sit at Security Gate with 1 chair available. This is SCHOOL so no reception. My bad I called it as reception and I should have called it as Admin Block.
They really need to work towards improvement of creating a flawless experience to Parents.
