Vydehi school is one of the prime example where school management does not listen to parents multiple concerns. It’s like a one way communication where we as a parent and our kid suffer. Despite of mailing and written complaints to department(transport and meals), Principal no actions been taken or any replies received.

The school and staff manipulates parents, that something is wrong with their kid, they keep on diverting from the child's issues. The teaching staffs speciality is to make an average or above average student in to dull student. If we complain about bullies , they will blame your kid only, this is another speciality of these non trained teachers. Teachers don't know proper English too .. is an added advantage. Parent teacher meet is another opportunity to blame kids for their inefficiency. Beware.. don't fall for previous reviews, it's all gone. 1 star also waste for this school.

Why less rating: 1. Teacher:Student ratio is too high so literally class teachers have no time to understand and help students 2. Horrible communication from Management, Class teachers. 3. Takes there own sweet time for any small IT related update like fee portal.we need to followup to get to know that things are fixed. 4. Parent portal is more or less useless, no useful stident data you could find. 5. No supporting staff to help kids to carry their bags+lunch boxes if any to 4th floor of building by steps... Kids only have to carry on their own. Idea of keeping 1st standard kids in 4th and 5th floors is the mindless decision in my opinion.

Vydehi school of Excellence is one of the best schools in Whitefield. The school provides a positive environment for the overall development of the child. Teachers are very keen in providing the education through activities and the school gives equal importance to extra curricular activities as well as sports.

Best school in whitefield. Teachers are kind and they help the kids who have difficulty. School allows the kids to excempt from other subjects who are having difficulty. They make them do a alternative subject so that the subject will be easy for the child . Principal mam is also great and kind to the kids.

Adding further observations after 2 months: I am 100% sure that most of the good reviews are paid reviews or the review given by their staff only. This school nowhere deserve this much rating. If you want to know more, you can read the review by Dr Sonia David who worked there previously as a teacher. She has explained the attitude of management very well. They have around 45-50 kids in a section with that strength teaching the toddlers is impractical. The teachers are inefficient and underqualified. Kids are coming back to home without learning anything at all. If you are considering the school, please change your mind for the sake of your kid's future. Very poor management. They are even not able to manage the transport. Kids are suffering due to lack of planning. Hungery and thirsty they are bound to wait to board the bus from the school. Now when they couldn't manage the transport, they have started the online classes compromising the kid's future.

I studied at vydehi for 2 years from 11th and 12th , it was a really great experience both in terms of academics and extra curricular , the amount of concentration and focus each student gets over there is truly commendable. Even the teachers are supportive and understanding, they are not just limited to your class hours but also after that via calls or messages. The school also let'sits students take part in variety of diplomatic and personality building activities like model UN and conducts several extempores and other competition too. Overall the 2 years spent in vudehi were truly rememberable and beneficial .

I would opine that VSE is a wonderful institution. It is well equipped with hardworking teachers and the responsiveness of the school to the requirements of its students is great too. It also possesses a spacious ground fit for a great range of sporting purposes, and the school has a good sporting culture as well. I personally graduated from this school in 2022, and I can say for a fact that the senior secondary grades especially enjoy very learned, diligent and experienced teachers. This school also particularly gave me an opportunity to discover my passion in the law, by exposing me to the concept of MUNs, which opportunity wasn't afforded to me in my previous schools. Co-curricular activities are frequently organized to elicit creative talent, and are also rewarded. While the academic rigor for the higher grades is certainly higher, teachers try best not to compromise on co-curricular activities. Finally, at the risk of sounding biased, I'd like to say that this is an excellent institution that enabled me to transform myself into a holistic and well rounded personality.

Transport department is the worst. . 4th month is going now They take 2 trips for different routes to save money. No GPS is provided which was assured earlier by school authorities. There is no fix time to arrive or depart. Sometimes 45 minutes late sometimes 10 min early. no consitancy of bus timings. In almanac it is written bus will wait 1 min atleast. But the bus driver don't stop half a minute.people wait on road like anything. Leave the waiting time, he never gives horn also.so untrained bus drivers. Bus is overcrowded..In 2 seater, 3 people sit. The school bags are so heavy that sometimes kids feel dizzy to climb 3/4 floors. There is no use of text book and notebook timetable because everyday they need to take all the books and NB. 4000+ students are unable to managed by the school management. If they can't manage this huge crowd ,they make another campus nearby area and shift some of them there otherwise most of the parents will take out their kids and shift to other schools. I am giving the 2 stars which is equivalent to 5 stars for teachers. They are hardworking. Personally Listening to students and parents. And so far teaching very nicely. If there is 0 star then I would prefer to give to transport department which is highly mismanaged. School and transport management doesn't reply to our emails. Phone of transport department and driver is always switched off. VSE must work on transport department issues,..It's is 4th month will they do after April 2023?

The governing body of the school , specially the so called CEO is making the school as good as a free municipality school. Admitted my daughter in class 1, and feeling cursed. Each section is having 35+ students, no proper study as the CEO is having only one target maximizing profit. So he hired inexperienced teacher and very less housekeeping staffs to look the common need of a child. Really bad experience

My child started schooling here from UKG now he is in grade 8. Last 2 years were very tough to everyone. We were very lucky to have best set of teachers online. It was transforming phase for my son. Hope we get the caring and supporting teachers ahead. Would like to request school authority to open A NEW BRANCH OF THIS SCHOOL. It is in prime location and we want one branch nearby only.

This year 2022 they have taken huge number of student (around 450 students per class). They neither have infrastructure nor man power to manage this huge students. All the good teachers are gone. The transport system is worthless.Students are literally standing in the buses.Toilets are dirty.Nobody is responding emails. Its a nightmare for the kids. The school management have absolutely no idea how to manage this huge population. The school took the accepted the admissions without considering the infrastructure and management. They always insisted parents to take online classes because for rhat infrastructure is not needed. After a stern protest from parents the school decided to open the school, though they are the last to open the offline classes. But they failed and they failed it miserably. Its almost ceryain that next year most of the parents will taken their kids off from this school. So future guardian please think carefully before admitting your wards in this school.

I worked in Vydehi School of Excellence for a few months and it was the worst experience of my career. The only wonderful part about working there are the children. The management devalues your experience and the principal lacks a basic understanding of how counselling works. This school calls itself an inclusive school but their concept of education is nothing less than a joke. There is no job security. The management is more clueless than the students. The management hasn’t provided offer letter, ID cards, Bank Account Opening details, or even a decent Counselling Room. As a counsellor, they forced us to be the teaching faculty giving us 35-38 periods per week and expected us to observe students and counsel the ones in need. I’ve spent time counselling a child in the corridor because there’s no space and the management couldn’t even care less. The Principal, who is ideally supposed to be the most sensible person in the organisation, lacks basic understanding of how counselling sessions take place. She expects counsellors to take ten minute sessions for students or expects us to take four or three students at a time which is extremely impractical and non-sensical. On clarifying or psycho-educating her regarding these concerns, she seems to be dismissive, judgemental and inconclusive about solutions. The school spent months planning but still ended up with a mismanaged and highly chaotic transport system. The school forced teachers to attend calls from parents only to hear parents scream ruthlessly at teachers about the untimely schedule of the buses. Meanwhile the bus drivers and the transport department have shut off their phones. The teachers are forced to work longer hours and are expected to stay glued to their phones till midnight just to hear parents complain. This school is so mismanaged that there is hardly any communication with respect to what happens where. The management doesn’t care about the teachers or the safety of the students too. Almost every day, there are several messages on the faculty groups trying to locate certain children who are lost. The school keeps their admissions open all year round but have no responsibility of controlling the crowd. They refuse to hire more people and they refuse to pay their existing faculty more but want extra work to be done for free. The teaching faculty is treated like maids and it’s so humiliating in a daily basis. Vydehi isn’t a school of Excellence, it’s a terribly mismanaged business by a CEO who offers to compensate botched up transport facilities with free meals that are worse than the hospital food. I would strongly suggest not to work here or not to send your child here. They’re running an institution only to profit from money while ruining your child’s lives.

Please don't go with 4 star rating. Neat Washrooms and good quality teachers are basic expectations from a school. This school fails to provide both. 2 years back we got to know that their commodes are stinky and dirty. They have a lot of kids joining but they do nothing to increase their infrastructure. The number of commodes are the same as beginning. Still this issue persists. As parents we cannot go every week and check. Next, some of their English teachers can't correct grammatically wrong sentences in the course print outs. They don't speak correctly. For example i heard a teacher saying " i could able to hear". I definitely don't expect this after paying a bulk of my hard earned money. They don't hire good teachers. They are taking more children than they can handle. Please consider other schools than regretting by putting your kid here.. Parents are not allowed inside the canteen. I don't know what is confidential about this..infact playschool like Klay are happy to share pictures of kids having food, portion size.

Followed up multiple times regarding admission but no response/info on the status of application. Glad to have missed it as of late have seen numerous complaints from parents.
