It's a big fraud. They will give wrong uniform and then will make you run around the Pathetic vendor. If they are not capable of managing their vendors then why are they forcing kids to buy uniform from them. Pathetic experience buying uniform from their own vendors in their school. When they knew basis the chit given by school that they need to give uniform for 6th standard but they still have uniform for 5th . We didn't know since it was new admission. 1. Very good school. Right from day one when their Admission Counsellor Vimeeta Madam explained everything very well about school, its processes, and fees, to later multiple interactions with new counsellor Anusha Madam.
2. The coordinator Madam, class teachers, and other teachers are all very supportive. Coordinators are very approachable and take good care of students. Teachers take care of students very well.
3. Level of education was a bit higher than our kids' previous school in North. Level of English was also higher (as it was Cambridge course). Though sometimes, we found it overly complicated, but level of kids' English was improving. :-).
4. Generally, they have more focus on Maths, Science than languages (like spelling/matra errors ignored sometimes)
5. Fees was similar / equal to other schools of similar level in Hyderabad. But, if you shift from A2 cities of North, you may find the fees 2-3 times higher than schools with similar or bigger infrastructure.
We saved bus fees by staying nearby (in NCC Urban one) and food fees by providing tiffin to our kids.
6. They take good care of security of students by allowing exit only using Escort card (in case of parent pickup).
7. For higher classes, they have weekly PT tests of one subject each, and Half yearly and Annual exams. For lower grades, they have scheduled PT tests, and other exams.
8. Our request for TC was fulfilled on time (even in mid-session because of our shifting). If we didn't have to shift, we would have continued upto class XII with same school.
9. Overall, a very good experience. Thanks to all the Rockwell Team. :-)

School don't have enough parking for parents vehicles. School buses and parents vehicles at given at one place which is making situation even more worse. Security is not allowing parents to drop kids at entrance gate due to traffic congestion. School management failed to provide parking space and unable to make ease of entre to drop and pickup their kids

This school creates so much sound pollution to the neighbouring communities, during December to January. it’s so horrible that neighbouring community windows will be shaking because of Dj sounds . We requested so many times to principal to reduce the sound decibel levels but no action , as the school run by influential people they don’t care . If they can’t understand neighbor issues then I don’t understand what values they teach to the kids in the school.

The staff are great, and most of them have been a part of the rockwell family for years, the teachers have strong relations with the students, and the management does its best to ensure the school functions properly. It’s all one way communication. Helpdesk don’t care about parents concerns, takes lot hell of days to respond, many times they ignore emails/calls. No way to reach principal, god knows this school has a full time principal. No way to reach class teachers when needed except those parent teacher meetings. School fee gets increased exponentially, does not worth the education they are providing. Extra-curricular activities are just name sake.

The school counselor employs persuasive tactics, making great promises before securing a sale. However, after paying nearly 2 lakhs to confirm admission into PP2, I found myself in a situation akin to a black hole. The initial weeks of admission revealed several concerning aspects:
1. Attempts to contact the front desk via emails or calls went unanswered.
2. Outdated processes for purchasing books and uniforms were in place, with the school essentially facilitating a monopoly by dictating vendors. Families are compelled to purchase stationery and uniforms from a single designated vendor.
3. Procuring uniforms requires a considerable journey from Gachibowli to Punjagutta, which is impractical given time constraints.
4. Transport fees for the entire year must be paid upfront, and the rates are notably higher compared to other options in the vicinity.
5. The demeanor of the counselor shifts drastically post-payment, transitioning from persuasion to a more abrasive attitude.
6. There is no provision for fee refunds or the option to withdraw admission.
7. Communication with the school is limited to a single email address, and responses are notably delayed, with my first inquiry taking four days to receive a reply.
8. Despite clearly stating that my child would only begin classes in June due to our relocation from another city, the counselor expressed no objections before payment was made. However, afterward, she began to question us as if we had committed a wrongdoing.
If the school and its staff has this kind of attitude for a PP2 child, I can only pity the parents of higher classes.

Overall education and extra curricular activities are not good . They are charging hefty fees and school doesn't have good amenities and faculties. My kid studies in grade 2 , for annual exam when she got less marks I requested for answer sheet but it has been 3 months and they have not acted on the request. She is already in grade 2 .
In grade 1 too first 8 months less syllabus was covered , in last couple of months they covered 60% of syllabus . Kids are not able to cope up.
Currently in grade 2 aswell homework is shared but teacher forgets to send the notebook were homework needs to be done . In class teacher is not checking if all kids have completed what is written on board .

All the reviews given above are from teachers and their relatives or friends their spouse. School teaching is not that high standard and they fee is more than other reputed schools. For annual day they charge 2000 rupees for rent dress. No proper celebration. No prayer, no thought for the days. Sport sir says to sit instead of playing. No proper focus on cultural activities. Just every Wednesday 1 exam. Always exams nothing else. All the teachers are not that good with their subjects. In 2nd class one of the coordinator used to talk with dirty English. That this that this like that ..very poor English they talk.

My kid started Prep 1 here and is about to complete Prep 2. He is excited to go to school everyday morning. I can see all round development here. Parents are expected to participate in many activities for the kid's growth. This can be taxing for some family but I believe parents, teachers and students all need to be involved equally for the right development of kids. Ms. Priya, Ms. Neelima mam in prep 1 and Ms. Durgesh and Ms. Rebab mam in prep 2 have played a significant role in my boy's growth in last two years.
In short, the prep class in phoenix greens provides an encouraging environment for the kids where parents and teachers can nurture the kid. Thanks.

This school is inhumane to children. They care about the glamours annual day to make marketing content. Behind the scenes they don’t about the strain and pain children go through. My kid was suffering with high fever and asked the class teacher to call parents. Teacher forced her to first complete the dance performance before going home !! What if my kid fainted ? We have a very good experience with Phoneix green. Our Kid who is in PREP2-A also enjoing his pre primary time. Teachers are passionate, friendly and take very good care of Kids. Management is easily accessible, monthly PTM and weekly virtualy meeting with teacher's give us clear insight. Their course curriculam for premiary also designed well. Kids also enjoy their monthly field trips. We see over all development of our Kid so very happpy with school.

A big thanks to Delina mam, Anvitha mam and chandrani mam for constant support n encouragement towards kids.
Assessments, Colourdays, Festivals, Fieldtrips, Parades, Interschool competitions and Assemblies are conducted on regular baisis along with curriculam.
It is not an easy task for management to coordinate with parents and kids. But in this school did an amazing job without any mess.

One of the worst school i have ever seen. Oh god there are around 50 cbse students failed in boards.
This is the situation of the school as being in this school.
I suggest parents to not join their children in this school.
And yea, there management only wants money, they are so money minded that they dont care how students study but just need to pay the fees ....

Sloka claims to be a school with a difference but it turns out to be like just another commercial school. They claim that admissions are on first come first serve basis however, they turned out to be business minded like all other schools of today. Although we must have been the first few ones to fill up the forms and undergo the assessment yet they kept us waiting without any information but now when we called up they said that they are out of seats. So our suggestion to the school is that it would be better if they stopped claiming to be a school with a difference.

My first impression
Interaction with Front Office:- Front Office Staff is not so active and sometimes reluctant to share more details in regards to admission. Unnecessary wait time is more at front office if parents wants to meet. My rating 3 out of 5 Star.
School Sports Infra:- School Sport Infra is good. Most of the schools are maintaining such infra. As of now my rating is 4 out of 5 star.
Security:- It is close to busy road. I see gates are always guarded by Security. I felt tight security which is good. CC Camera is not fully covered in School premises. so there is a scope of improvement. As of now my rating is 4 out of 5 star.
Teaching staff:- It is a mixed review. some are beyond the benchmark they are following excellent teaching methods and some are not upto the mark as they need to grow their mindset from traditional teaching methods. Simple example I see some teaching staff is awarding Punishments for small kids like making them stand in class instead of encouraging them to be more competitive in class. My rating 3 out of 5 Star.

As a parent, I believe it is crucial to have transparent communication and support from the school, and unfortunately, Keystone has fallen short in several key areas. Here are the specific issues I raised:
1. Departure of good Teachers
One of my primary concerns is the departure of good teachers like Sailesh and Susan. Both of these educators had a significant positive impact on my son. Sailesh helped him settle in and make new friends, while Susan provided valuable learning experiences. However, during a PTM, when I wanted to discuss this matter further, Supervisor Rajeshwari was notably absent. This lack of presence and engagement from the administration during important discussions is concerning and raises questions about the school's commitment to addressing parental concerns.
Later I found out that Keystone school is not paying teachers well, which is why good teachers are leaving. This lack of fair compensation contributes to high turnover rates and affects the continuity and quality of education.
2. Inadequate Communication through Blooms
The school's communication system, Blooms, has proven to be ineffective. There have been multiple instances where my messages were not properly responded to, and I was frequently asked to come to the school even for minor queries. This is both inconvenient and inefficient. This approach does not cater to the needs of busy parents who require prompt and clear communication.
3. Lack of Support for Curriculum Concerns

This recurring pattern of requiring physical meetings for concerns that could be addressed through messages or calls is frustrating and suggests a lack of flexibility and responsiveness on the part of the school.
4. Breach of Confidentiality
Another alarming issue is that some teachers and supervisors have been discussing my child's details with other parents outside of the school. This breach of confidentiality is a significant red flag and undermines trust in the school's ability to protect the privacy of its students and their families.
5. Unfriendly Environment
Lastly, the environment created by Supervisor Rajeshwari and some teachers has been unfriendly and hostile towards my child. Since I began raising these concerns, my son has been ignored and avoided, particularly during the sport-meet when I was present. This behavior suggests that my son might have been treated poorly in my absence, which is entirely unacceptable.
6. Poor Pick-Up Procedures
Another issue is the school's handling of student pick-up procedures. When parents arrive to pick up their children, they are required to wait outside in the hot summer sun. Additionally, the children are made to stand outside for 15 minutes, which is both uncomfortable and unnecessary. I have witnessed several parents shouting in frustration due to the mishandling of this process. This situation could easily be avoided with better organization and consideration for both the parents and the students.

In conclusion, the issues at Keystone International School, ranging from the unexplained departure of valued teachers, poor communication practices, lack of support for curriculum concerns, breaches of confidentiality, to the creation of an unfriendly environment for my child—have compelled me to seek a better educational environment for my son. As parents , we deserve clear explanations and proactive solutions from the school administration, which have been sorely lacking in this instance.

As a parent new to Hyderabad last year, choosing the right school for my child was a significant concern. Beyond the curriculum, I sought a supportive environment given my demanding work schedule. Keystone School has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The security staff are not just vigilant but also compassionate towards the children. Moreover, the school's understanding and flexibility regarding my schedule, especially during parent-teacher meetings, have been a tremendous help. Intentionally cryptic post ——Why open a school, accept admission from non political, non local families when you can just convert your family inheritance— land parcel into a hospital or a mall…. At the least the building interiors would have conditioned air, organised parking, trained and certified staff to service the incoming footfall ( adults and children ) ………

I recently visited Keystone International School to inquire about nursery admissions. I was quite disappointed by my first interaction with the school management. The staff was not only ignorant but also lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. They seemed uninterested in taking admission in nursery. Their behavior left me with a negative impression of the school and I decided to look for other options.

We have recently moved to Hyderabad and enrolled our child at Keystone School. What I like the most about the school is its low student-teacher ratio, ensuring that each student receives dedicated and personalized attention. Both the school's support staff and the bus staff are very supportive and attentive towards the well-being of the children.
Initially, we were uncertain about how smooth the transition would be for our daughter, moving from her previous school in Singapore to a new school environment in India. However, I am glad to see that she eagerly looks forward to going to school every day. Her enthusiasm to attend school each day speaks volumes about the school's nurturing and engaging atmosphere.

My child joined this school a month back.
I had to move her because of many issues like Teaching patterns,approach by teachers to parents and study material and peer issues in last school which is one of Top5 schools in Hyderabad.
Since the time she has joined keystone, things have changed a lot,she is very happy with Teaching pattern,the way kids are handled in school and activities conducted by school . Best thing is her love for studies and enthusiasm along with learning curve has made a lot of change.she doesn’t want to miss the school at all

If you kids are in 6th grade or above (where studies start getting serious), please consider moving them to a proper school. The school administration, overall education and so called Cambridge curriculum in this particular school has been a joke in almost every aspect. By the way our kid was in Phoenix Greens Cambridge earlier..and they were fantastic. Only reason we tried this school was because Phoenix Greens school could not get sufficient admissions initially due to the pandemic. Thought our child would have a better experience in a Cambridge only school with more number of students.
Might work well for families that just need a schooling certificate so that they can eventually send the children abroad or get them into family business. We moved our kid out within a year to another tried and tested CBSE school.
Oh well they insist on your kid join their KBA academy and pay even if your kid is in their school team representing the school :). And please don't forget to buy a suit for your kid to make presentations even if they have no decent content.
Parents were served nimbu paani and aloo bhajjia for school events...best the school could afford after collecting 3+ lakhs of school fees per year. They call them eco-friendly snacks :)
Also, your kid might eventually reach home...lucky our kid did reach home every day. School transport does not bother to answer the phone calls or intimate parents when the bus is delayed.
The school was so decent forfeit the caution deposit (as per policy handbook of course...we were uneducated as per the school and did not read the entire fine print) and left the Transfer Certificate at the school security gate for parents to collect. Overall, a terrible experience with this school. Good Luck!

I can’t say enough great things about Elate International School. My son has been attending from this year(2023 new joiner) for 9th std . The staff here are just wonderful extremely loving and attentive. My son just absolutely loves going to school each day. The class structure provides a sense of comfort and my son just seems to thrive in their learning environment.My son to form a very special bond with his teachers. The school also continues to add additional items to their educational programs and cultural programs, such as yoga, music, art history and Sports. I am submitting the feedback based on the performance of my two kids (one in class 3rd and the other in LKG). I am satisfied with the overall performance of both kids.

The moment we saw the campus, there was a good vibe and we were impressed how the staff received us and spoke to us.
The best part is how the school balances between academics and extra curricular activities.
Further, the management/faculty is always open for the feedback and gives a patient ear whenever parents address their concerns.
The right Teacher-Student ratio per class leaves sufficient time for the faculty to personally overlook on the student's performance.
We are so happy to have found this school and can definitely say that this school is one of the best international schools.

Post covid I moved to Hyderabad, I was a little confused about my kids education. after reading google reviews about this school, I visited school and I asked about school with kid's parents I got good feedback from them. Last year I took admission for both my kids. I am very happy with the school. Both Ms. Syeda Mubeen and Ms. Sandhya are my kids class teachers they are very professional and much appreciate their efforts and patience in teaching the childrens. WORST SCHOOL EVER!!!
i personally am a ges student and i have never seen such kind of
partiality the teachers show towards some "selective" students The teachers do not give all students equal opportunities
They stick to a few students and select them for all events without understanding the talent other people have and make it up in a way that it was agreed by all
The teachers are not promoting children to showcase their tallent and show a lot of partiality.
The child feels a lot inferior when it comes to some points as they are not getting equal opportunities too.
I would like to ask the school how would you find the talent in all students when you guys dont give equal opportunities too all SCHOOL NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL!

I'm an Ex Student of GES, I spent 5 precious years of my life in this School, I genuinely like to call this my Second Home. This is the best school I have ever been in, the management including Studies, activities, functions are excellent. The teachers are very good, they teach every concept properly with activities and everything is understandable. They take proper care of students. The Language education is quite Good, especially English (Which is also the medium of instruction) is taught quite well. This school, Unlike other schools, teaches you discipline, Honesty and empathy apart from academics. It teaches you to be a good human-being in this world full of cut-throat competition and insensitivity.
The facilities and infrastructure are Good too!
People ranking it low must introspect and review their mindsets because Global edge school is not the run-of-the-mill show-off school. Study here and you will reminiscence the time spent here for life.
If I could go back in time I'll relieve every moment that I experienced in this school from 2016-2021.

The very very typical commercial school. Too much fee with very few activities in the school. Minimum of Ten percent increment every year on the next standard without any hesitation. No outdoor activities except 1 or 2 trips planned by school for which you will be asked to pay the money some times. They want parents to teach the subject. They are only bothered about merit students. I personally felt, my kid is learning very less from class room than the personally Tution arranged. Kid to kid in the same class school fee varies. To conclude, this school is not worth of paying too much money for the fee considering the education and extra activities. Think ten times , before you join your kid here.
