Curriculum

Trident International School is a CBSE institution. However, it offers much more than the formal requirements of the board. It has planned activities that foster personal growth, learning, and development in every child. The school has what it calls the “hidden curriculum,” which essentially includes learning through experience. How a child is treated, spoken to, and behaved with, impacts his/her train of thought and growth. So, the teachers and facilitators lead from the front, encouraging students to cooperate with their classmates, be responsible, and have a positive outlook towards all aspects of growth.

The balanced, broad curriculum covers (but is not restricted to) the following:

  1. Enjoying the process of learning
  2. Promoting self-esteem
  3. Creativity and independence
  4. Flexibility in learning
  5. Setting own learning targets
  6. Self-evaluation and assessments
  7. Critical thinking
  8. Contextual learning
  9. Nurturing positive relationships
  10. Understanding the national culture and heritage
