Just before anything could be even tried the first experience with the admissions office was far from professional and very dissatisfying. First and foremost, anyone attending to a phone line at a desk for any institute should know the basics of saying a welcome line and announcing their organization, this is a basic, so that the caller knows they got connected to the correct institute. The lady after asking me zillions of meaningless questions, and saying will send me the form etc.., without answering some of my basic queries, still did not introduce herself but instead continued interviewing me and judging me instead of listening to what I asked. She even told me I will repeat myself in a different way as if I did not understand her response. Little did she have brains to understand that it was she who was unable to understand and provide me with a simple, satisfactory answer for a simple ask. Finally, I asked her who am I speaking with, guess what ! It was the school's admission officer it seems Ms Loveleena :). She had the audacity to tell me "don't you want to know about our school and visit us before admitting" of'course I want to and that is the reason I called you in the first place to understand some timelines for admissions. She was busy educating me, without knowing how to do her job! Pathetic attitude when they get a job at an international school, they forget humility and think they are above parents and the more attitude they show the more international they seem. I have not had a hard time in having some basic inquiry from some place that should be a trained and customer focused desk in a long time - this was by far the worst one and had to tell her rudely that she should get trained first in basics of customer service.
