2017-18 is the second year our son Vidhur has been in Walden's Path's path and I am extremely glad he is there. There is a great sense of clarity in their work with kids, love and compassion towards their growth & development. Its not just the kids who learn and grow, as parents we have grown so much with every interaction we have had. I thought I had a big picture and well being of Vidhur in being a conscious parent and human being until I met, interacted with Sunil in the last couple of year - there is always something new to learn, grow and evolve so that we provide a functional environment, facilitate and nurture our kid. There is freedom to learn what they want, explore, be supported, compassion and expert facilitation, nurturing and that is invaluable. Words may not really convey easily the work they are doing, its amazing. I believe that my child is in good hands, you wont find me saying this in any other case with anyone else, in better hands than mine and I trust their process with great conviction. Highly recommend the school to anyone who is willing to explore life as is because it is worth it. Every moment is worth it. Updating this March 11 2023 Vidhur is still with Waldens Path school, and it has been amazing to see him grow and learn, me learning alongside. I can assure how we look at things has changed as a family, it is getting more interesting to see how every subject they learn is getting connected. Algorithms and Rubiks cube is one example, origami, documentaries, have opened up his mind to the world very subtly.

We had decided to not enroll our daughter into school at a very early age and, last year, finally we decided to start looking for schools. We didn't want to send her to a regular school and were debating between Waldorf and Montessori philosophies when we chanced upon Walden's path. My husband was familiar with the J.Krishnamurti philosophy, which is what dictates the ideology here. She joined in October 2022 as a ~4.5 year old, and oh, what a journey it has been so far. Unlike a regular school, here children are encouraged to be free thinkers. It is a mixed age classroom scenario and the older children help the younger ones with anything and everything. The teachers are strict but not unreasonable. Lunch is provided in school itself, which the children have to eat on their own, and no wastage is allowed. The school doesn't have a uniform and the only thing my daughter carries with her is her breakfast and her water bottle. I really wish I had been able to go to such a school. If you are looking for a school for your child, do consider visiting them once.

Walden's path is one of the best schools where it supports child's natural longing to know and blossom. They dedicate themselves in observing child's interests, behaviour and work accordingly with the child and they observe each and every child where noone is left out. My 7year old daughter enjoys going to School everyday and asks me to drop her off at school early and cries when i pick her up and asks me to come late which was not the case in her previous school. This itself shows that the school is doing something fundamentally right. The founder of the school Mr. Sunil Reddy has absolute clarity and wisdom about When to teach, what to teach and how to teach to a child. They help the child to learn out of child's interests and help them to gain knowledge but not just to memorize for the sake of exams inorder to secure marks or grades like any other conventional school does. They prepare kids mentally , physically, emotionally and spiritually very strong where I feel academic excellence is bound to happen and is just one of the byproducts of it. I absolutely love the relationship between the student and teacher which is very unique and rare to find anywhere else.Learning under Sunil sir is truly a blessing for children and i feel this is the crucial time for this kind of education.

Excellent teaching approach where the child is learning through experience. My 5 year old is learning to pronounce a word correctly and he is able to identify the same sound in telugu and english. There is no hurry or rush to complete the syllabus and the academic year. It's just learn through concepts. I am so very happy that we could enroll our son in a school where you have correct approach for teaching and learning. Thanks to Sunil Reddy sir and Sujana madam to take an initiative to start a school where a child blooms naturally in a stress free environment. Thank you.

Both my kids have been going to Walden’s path for the past four years. It has been an amazing journey. My kids love their school they can’t wait to come back to school the next morning . They are learning at their own pace which is u encumbered by the stringent lines of syllabus. I’m thankful to the founders of Walden’s path school for seeing education from a child’s learning perspective.

Zero stars from my side. Management does not pickup the call. They are not at all cooperative. There is no board or title of the school. Not a single person in that vicinity knew about the existence of this school. Our visit to school was total waste of time.

I'm from Chennai. In this school, where they let kids to learn not just to get educate. For me differentiating *skill vs knowledge*, *learning vs educating* & *living vs survival*, means a lot to life. I completely understood about this school without having a second thought. Note to differentiate again *believed vs understood*

The is the worst schools I've come across as a parent while evaluating academically sound and value based teaching among IGCSE schools in Hyd. The co-founder Sujana Reddy lacks basic courtesy on how to interact with parents. She is rude and headstrong. The school only advertises itself as being different just for minting more money from parents plus it doesn't even count in the same league as Chirec Intl, Oakridge, Birla intl etc. Children here are not taught basic life skills and values and focus on academics is completely missing. My friend whose children are studying here is contemplating on removing her kids from here. She too has soo many bitter experiences with the staff as well as the school mgt. Worst schools in Hyderabad.

Starting a small school is one of the most beautiful concepts. But the economics of a small school is not. Every child is identified by his or her name, nature & emotions v/s a roll number. It takes great courage to take such an initiative and more so to keep it that way. My best wishes to Walden’s Path School.

This is a learning center that stands by you as you walk along your path of growth. This is not a place to just leave your child in the morning and pick up in the evening, to delegate learning or a place where we outsource learning for our child as we go about our life. This is a place where we learn and grow with our child and often realising how much the child may teach us. As an "alternate" education center, the school does not believe in just rehashing different ways of teaching the same content or in leading to or dovetailing to an exam later on. It really looks at and explores alternate ways of developing thinking, understanding, and exploring. It looks keenly to connect the dots and to explore the higher planes of our being. A lot of time is spent on observations and customised approaches. A lot of emphasis is placed on the environment around the child. The child is respected for who they are. Love for the child, child centric, freedom and other such cliches take on newer, more appropriate meanings. Parents have to look at themselves, work on themselves, to give the best environment for their children and this space really encourages and helps with that. Children and parents learn everyday without even possibly being aware they are learning.

It has been my experience that Walden’s Path excels in providing children with a space that not only bolsters their strengths and boosts their confidence with active learning, but also provides them with the bandwidth required, to explore, discover, reflect and grow. Learning is fun! That’s exactly what they deliver. I have seen first-hand that the focus and attention, provided by the teachers here, in recognising the individual nature of the child, and helping each child learn what they are capable of at different ages. They shape the environment around the child, to ensure that learning might proceed most effectively, to best help the child fulfil his or her potential at each stage of development. Walden’s Path has personally provided my son with a wholesome environment: the benefits of educational ideas, along with social harmony and the psychological stability that successful socialization encourages. They know my son as well as me, and his own experience of going to school these past two years and the environment around him has been a loving one. Children possess remarkable plasticity to learn, grow and adapt to the constantly evolving cultural beliefs, innovations and behaviours of the day, As Parents today, finding individuals inside or outside the conventional education systems who are content with its performance is difficult. Walden’s Path is a blessing for parents and children who are looking for an overall approach towards life and education.

My daughter Saanvi joined this year Jan(2017-18). When we moved back to India, i knew Saanvi have to join this school. Based on previous encounter with Sujana Reddy(one of the co founder), I knew how passionate she is and whatever she will touch will have excellence nothing else. After meeting Sunil Mayreddy, my belief was reconfirmed and I was excited and happy giving my daughter to the experts. So Pros: If you are looking for a school that prepares your child for life ( not just academics only), Walden's Path is the best option available in Hyderabad. Brilliant teaching approach and very passionate team. The school belive/follow child led exploration and encourage children’s learn with their pace rather than mugging/competing with other kids. The best part is they are not limiting the imagination. I believe that my child is in good hands in fact better hands than mine . My daughter love going to school everyday and do miss school on weekend. To summarize in the world of machine learning,How do we best prepare young children for a future that is hard to imagine? Cons: If you are looking for traditional CBSE academics , this is not a school for you

This is a wonderful environment for children to learn. They do not just look at what academic content to feed children and in what time frame. They look at the child as a whole and consider all aspects of the environment around the child. They have clear and adaptable paths for each child. They do not aim to make your child something or the other but to help your child become what they want to be. This is not alternate education, this is education. A place for parents who want their children to learn to be themselves and realize their full potential

It is a very beautiful learning environment that nurtures the child's curiosity and emotional development. If you are looking for a school that prepares your child for life and not just exams, Walden's Path is the best option available in Hyderabad. The learning approach is a balance of Indian traditional learning practices and the skills required to live in contemporary society. Influenced by Jiddu Krishnamurti's philosophy, Walden's Path is an inspiring place for children as well as their parents through various activities that engage and educate them. As an educator, consultant and an auditor for various schools and learning centers across India..I can very confidently and effectively say that Walden's Path stands out in terms of pedagogy, teaching approach, child's growth and development.
