What a funny selection of topics like these for class IX, subject Computer. Here the students of this institution are learning - how to seat, how to type and all these topics which must be covered at the class IV/V standard. This is totally worthless and demoralisation of students. Where other schools are covering programing in JAVA, PYTHON etc.

My journey of 11 years at Army Public School Kolkata has been both memorable and enriching. Starting from the primary wing, I have fond memories of teachers who were exceptionally helpful and kind, laying the groundwork for a strong academic foundation. However, as one progresses to higher classes, particularly from class 9 onwards, there's a noticeable shift towards stricter discipline, which I believe is essential for academic growth and discipline. As a part of the Covid batch, facing the challenge of giving boards twice (MCQ type and SA type), I observed that there's room for improvement in teachers' computer skills, especially evident during online classes. Many struggled to adapt, impacting the quality of virtual learning. Reflecting on my junior years, I must mention Mrs. Sangita Ghosh Ma'am, who was my first motivator in the subject of maths, leaving a lasting impression on me. In class 11, I pursued the Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Biology), and I was fortunate to be guided by exceptional teachers who played a pivotal role in my academic journey. Mrs. Jayeeta Ghosh Ma'am (Biology), Mrs. Anwesha Ganguly Ma'am (Chemistry), Mrs. Mohini Kathuria Ma'am (Maths), and Mrs. Shahina YT Ma'am (Physics) were not just educators but mentors, the epitome of support, kindness, and hard work. Despite being an average student, they never lost hope or demotivated me, fostering an environment conducive to learning and growth. Moreover, I must mention the security aspect of Army Public School Kolkata. The secure ambiance provided a sense of safety and peace of mind, allowing students to focus on their studies without concerns. While the question papers at Army Public School Kolkata may be perceived as more challenging compared to other schools, I believe this rigor is essential for our betterment. It encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and prepares students for higher academic pursuits and real-world challenges. In conclusion, Army Public School Kolkata has been instrumental in shaping my academic journey, providing a nurturing environment, exceptional educators, and a secure ambiance conducive to learning and growth.
