Recently I have visited this school for attending a chess tournament. There are few things which I would like to highlight regarding this school. 1. The school is in an extreme interior place where transportation is definitely a thing on which people need to think repeatedly before visiting there. 2. The school was arranging a tournament where more than two hundred students came to participate along with their parents ( elderly persons were also there to accompany their grandchildren) but the horrible school management didn't arrange any seating facility for anyone. 3. I was there from 9am to 5pm without any chair literally sitting on the floor and no school officials were found to guide us regarding anything about the event. Few attendants were there who were only able to guide us about the dustbins. 4. The projector was continuously showing the recording of their succesful students in board examinations ( both class X and XII) which was definitely an advertisement but with such horrible management and infrastructure the school needs to work hard before arranging such event. 5. After a full day tournament, the school was not willing to provide any certificate for participation ( who scored below 3.5) which was also informed after waiting almost for another one hour. Yes I do agree that providing certificate was totally their own decision but if it was declared earlier then the tired students and parents didn't need to wait for long. 6. Two more things I definitely want to request the school management are to maintain the scheduled time and a hygienic washroom. Both are equivalently important for everyone.

JPS is the best school ever I saw. It is the best school in Kolkata I think. My son study at this school .He also like this school.

It is a very good exam centre, bus and auto are available from sonarpur railway station.. All teachers and staff's are very good and helpful.

Worst place to teach your kids, proper example of education being turned into a profitable business. School teachers are groomed in such a way that they have forgotten you can be polite and yet put your point. The audacity in their voice and the condiscending tone they use...such a horrible experience.

I am a student of jps since 2011....now...i am in 11......it's 2023 now....& JPS have changed a lot ......the faculities, infrastructures, environment,activites for enrichment,have developed a lot....Though I must say that old days are always the golden ones....but still....jps is trying at its best to make each days golden to us.....though Jps don't have much luxuries like...an inbuilt AC till now....but it has improved a lot when compared with the precious years.....the number of students ar increasing day by day.......the faculities have improved a lot....teaching department is also very nourishing........the programmes ,activities all of which is needed for one's development are available here ......the sporting competitions .....with a very large playground with an inbuilt library & auditorium...JPS IS AT ITS BEST...

My child has been a part of this school for more than 10 yrs....and i don't think any administration is 'perfect' ....there is good and bad in everything.....and my child has got several opportunities to build different interests and many options where given too .....the faculties are very Cooperative and helpful and their knowledge has been very helpful to our kids.....the non teaching staffs are quite hard working and friendly and living in this semirural area....getting these much facilities is a very greatful thing...
