I am writing to express my deep concern about an issue I have observed regarding the conduct of the school principal, particularly in interactions with parents who may not be proficient in English. It has come to my attention that parents, who may not have a high level of education or fluency in English, have reported feeling insulted and disrespected during their interactions with the principal. As a key representative of the school, such behavior raises serious questions about the adherence to principles of courtesy, understanding, and inclusivity. It is essential that our educational institution embodies values not only in the curriculum but also in the conduct of its staff. If the principal, as a figurehead, does not demonstrate respectful communication, it raises concerns about the example set for both faculty and students. I kindly request that appropriate measures be taken to address this matter, ensuring that all members of the school community, regardless of their background, are treated with dignity and respect. Worst experience ever after filling admission forms our documents issue were already discussed "Staff" said its ok all we can do later after 3 months follow up we went to review the admission procedure we were told not being sorry but yes proudly Ms.Principal says you can come after 6 months Nursery is not important i mean vow madam I requested alot that just because of fathers document issue you cannot spoil whole year of a child i had come specially for admission from abroad they dont value your time made me call child for interaction later making us stand outside the gate with child telling to get the documents first i mean you were sleeping from last 2 months Not allowing to meet principal Later when meeting the staff is just shaking head like a animal Staff has so much attitude arrogant in talking to students i have seen live example Please understand nd review first then make your decisions

I have a very disappointing experience during an interaction with the principal today on 22 April, 2022. The lady does not have time to properly respond to one's greetings. A head of a school who shows no interest in books or new meterial for children, cannot be a place for my child's academic or moral nourishment. I volunteered to withdraw my application for the admission.

In times of pandemic and with parent consent school has very well managed safety of kids and staff. Parking can be nightmare parking around this area, may hv to park on the extreme main roads at ur risk. Teachers and school management are very good. Had bus service for pick up and drop pre covid times. And may start again after covid risks with children are reduced CCD is closed for now, school do hv its own canteen too may be not operational covid times. Has playground, management's does sports activities on grounds and at prabhodan ground. Annual functions every 4 years and fees hiked every 3 years. Teachers do ensure to complete portion before exam giving ample time to kids for revision. Exams are strictly conducted and teachers are more vigilant during exams, may be it is online or offline. No response from CIS school after taking admission and paying fees for my son whenever we call always security guard pickup the call say no one is there you can mail your issue , and when we mail no reply or respons from CIS on email as well it's being 1 month that I have emailed

Home, sweet home. A school with a considerably small student body in comparison to other ICSE schools in the suburbs and that only provides for better student-teacher co-ordination and peer to peer interaction. The infrastructure is pretty efficient if not bedazzling and well maintained. The faculty members take utmost care of the students in terms of academics and the overall holistic development of the child. The school administration/management is just as co-operative and approachable. Spent a decade in this school and could only long to spend more days. Experience trumps prejudice. Class of '18
