This review is for people who are going to be applying for teaching jobs here. observation from 1 month of working and quitting the job here. 1. Do it as last resort , pay is ok but mental health will gets ruined. 2. Teachers are given admin work- cheques for fees to be collected, then write cheque numbers , stand and print exam papers, then staple them and uneccessary work that I'm sure a computer can do but they will make u do it manually. 3. You will be doing a peons job first then a teacher's job. 4. The working environment is toxic, no one voices their opinions if they do they are targeted. 5. Too much work load and all focus to show off instead actually do quality work. 6. No work life personal life balance. 7. Teachers aren't allowed to have one on one conversation with parents regarding wellbeing/ behaviour etc unless it's a complaint. Which makes it very difficult to build good parent teacher communication. 8. The principal and vice principal both treat the teachers like slaves, which makes the teachers hostile and negative. There is no respect in the job
