09.11.2023 I strongly recommend this is school for following.. 1. First very good environment and spacious and clean 2. Management and teachers response hearing and answering sounds great.. appreciate for them listening, and answering politely with respect. 3. Main they convey information's through connecting apps and personalized whatsapp community.. Example. : one day we sent my son to school after sent we had doubt with whether he has fever or not.. immediately i sent a message through WhatsApp community ,regarding please check my son temperature, ( they have a in house nurse..) after 5 mints. same WhatsApp I received a message your son temperature is 97.5 and he is doing normal activities.. I am very much impressed and satisfied.. they providing very good transport facilities with live tracking facilities also i noticed they sending the boys and girls to bus with care, giving individual attendance. and today 09.11.2023 recent communication from school is Dear Parents This is regarding the well-being of all students. We kindly request that if your child is unwell, please keep him / her at home. It will speed up the recovery of the affected child and not pose risk for others as well. The learning covered in class for all such days will be communicated to you by the respective teachers. Let us together work towards a productive and safe learning environment for everyone. If your thinking to join there as staff I request you to consider this once before joining as I had worst experience and I don't want anyone else to have the same. After working there I realised they don't have same rules for all the staff they discriminate among their employees which is very unfair above this if you face any issue there is no resolution provided as principal doesn't care to talk on the matters, management is not reachable, hr doesnt know the rules neither they try to solve the issue you cannot reach anyone to sort your issue ..they make their staff work there but when they leave they hold certificate and salary which is unfair in their part and when you question on the same they never answer.I requesr t the parents to consider this once as being the principal and management they song follow rules what values they would teach to students.

I'm so happy my child has the privilege of such holistic learning. The school atmosphere is so kind, diverse and welcoming. The teachers are patient and encourage students to the best of their abilities. Principal ma'am is very down to earth, nice personality.

Am totally unsatisfied with the school. School teaching n methods are poor, when students are in language classes teachers must take classes accordingly. Language classes have also been taken in English then how wl students will learn the language. Not focusing on slow learning students. Coming to the employee part it's worse. Management don't understand employee issues, holds the salary, holds certificates, and treats them like a dog. This school is only for rich people and management. Principal of Chennai school is full of attitude. She thinks she only knows everything. She never encourage Teachers nor respect them.she is the first principal I saw women I saw in my entire career who ask employee to leave the job without informing to the management .later she only says you have done injustice first she has to learn and come how to talk to an staff teachers are also same important but they don't thnk such So before joining as a staff or admitting your child thnk twice.

My son is in studying in Birla open Minds and the education system which they follow is total different standard from other schools. Also my son enjoy schooling every day. I'm happy with Birla❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Birla Open Minds provides an exceptional learning environment and even better is their focus on the holistic development of the child that prepares them to meet with the demands and challenges of everyday life. The school administration is quite responsive and accommodative. Even during the difficult time of pandemic, we could easily approach the teachers with our questions or feedback on our daughter’s performance. The online classes continued undisturbed and were very interactive. The competitions which are held every year, at both grade and inter-house level, fosters a competitive spirit and gives the students a great opportunity to unleash their skills and strengths in terms of confidence, content writing, speaking and presentation. Its an amazing school with a lush green campus.
