Anantha Vidyaniketana - Devanahalli

The Avathi N. Venkategowda Education Trust was started in 2006 in the memory of Late Shri N. Venkategowda, a pioneering agriculturist, who envisioned education for children in rural areas. He was instrumental in setting up Rural High School, Avathi in 1968. He was also the founder member of Janata Education Society, Bangalore & HOPCOMS, Bangalore. His contribution to rural development in Devanahalli Tq. is immense. Anantha Vidyaniketan is a school started by the Avathi N. Venkategowda Education Trust in 2007. The School is the first of its kind in Devanahalli Taluk, offering the students teaching, infrastructure and environment comparable with the best schools.
