As parents, choosing the right school for our child was a monumental decision.
After extensive research and numerous school visits, we decided Ekya School Byrathi for our son, and we couldn't be more happier with any other choice. The school excels in providing a comprehensive and rigorous academic curriculum that emphasizes critical thinking, creativity and problem-solving. Ekya's innovative teaching methods, including the use of modern educational tools and project-based learning, make education interactive and enjoyable.
The nurturing and inclusive environment, along with small class sizes, ensures individual attention for each student. Ekya School Byrathi surpasses our expectations, combining academic excellence with holistic development and where students are prepared not just for exams, but for life. We are grateful to be part of the Ekya community and confident that our child is receiving the best possible education.

No maths teacher for 1 month and no math classes. Teachers and students leave left right and center. Nursery, lkg and ukg are combined in a single class. Lkg fees is 2.5 lakhs and coaching is on par with govt schools. Nothing premium. 3 principals in 1 year. Chaos at it's prime.

Very bad experience. Went to the school for my daughters admission. They asked us to fill in the application form and we did that. They took the amount of ₹1000/- from us but no receipt and nothing confirmation regarding the same we got. They asked us when will be getting our child for the Assessment, I told the concerned lady Michelle that we will confirm over the phone. I came back home and called them back saying that we will bring our child on 15th March. From then till 26th March there has been no follow up from the school that the child did not come for the assessment also a day prior they did not even bother to check. I kept on calling but no one is picking. Me n my husband finally decided to visit the school. We told them that this is really unprofessional and we want to get the refund of our application fee, since its an error from the school's side. The people are really rude to talk to. They don't know how to treat a parent. Think before you get your child enrolled in this Byrathi branch.

I would like to thanks and appreciate the Ekya Byrathi teachers efforts in transforming the curriculum into online learning .
Morning meetings are really refreshing and good way to start the day. Topics picked up in this meetings are really important for children to develop skills and good behaviors. These sessions are entertaining and informative.
Coming to the curriculum , initially we were worried about the speed and online mode. But with in a month my daughter was able to pickup the concepts and explain them. The interaction between teachers and children's helps them a lot.
By weekly extra curricular competitions are very interesting, teachers are ensuring that children's are not missing the school .
Big Thanks to Principal & staff

I feel very happy today that i made the right decision to enroll my daughter Drisha NC in Ekya schools.Drisha has been with the current institution(CMR) for the last 5 years and with Ekya schools for 3 years now.Drisha nc is in grade 3 of Ekya Byrathi school.
1. With the support of an excellent and caring staff at Ekya, I have seen her transforming and growing her social skills, curiosity, resilience, creativity, integrity and assertive skills which has added to her confidence and overall element of fun while learning.
2. I have noticed the institution encourages kids to be fearless and express their thoughts not just limited to the curriculum both orally and written. This has motivated my daughter to read more books and she enjoys sharing her thoughts either through book nook or directly with her mam.
3. Finally as a parent, I feel the staff is very kind transparent and they go the extra mile to keep the kids happy. Recently there was a topic that Drisha could not grasp completely, the mam noticed and was kind enough to extend a 1 to 1 session with Drisha and cleared her doubts.
Before I conclude let me say a few things about the online classes that are currently underway:
I was a bit apprehensive about the online classes earlier, but the school made the transition very easy for the children and parents. Drisha enjoys the online classes and doesn't want to miss a single day. The week is divided with interesting academic and co curricular activities which keeps the children busy throughout. The routine is planned in a way where the children do not get burdened and have time to relax between school hours.
I would definitely recommend Ekya school to all my friends, family. And I wish the team & leaders all the very best & continue the great work that they do.

It has been a wonderful year at Ekya for both our sons and we are happy about the decision of having chosen this school. The child has never been burdened with homework and thorough revision is done before every exam. The quality of education is very good and an excellent team of teachers make every class enjoyable and interesting.
Ekya has been instrumental in giving our children a strong academic foundation. Our youngest son is part of the Montessori Early years programme at Ekya and this has been a very rewarding experience for him since it involved inquiry-based learning as well as activities such as performing arts, visual arts, physical education and various other learning areas.
Apart from academics, there were a lot of co-curricular opportunities offered and our older son won the best make-up award during halloween celebrations; he also participated in the art camp and won the second prize in skipping and medecine throw ball race held at sports day.
We are glad and blessed to be part of this school and we recommend Ekya to everyone who is looking for the best place for their child’s academic needs.

My daughter studies in Grade 5 at Ekya school, Byrathi and has made leaps and bounds academically, and socially. She feels safe and appreciated by her teachers and peers. The school focuses on each student in class and is very keen on the holistic development of the child. The administration is amazing at this school and that creates wonderful teachers. Having great people at the top always flows down through staff to the children.
Thanks to the dedicated team at Ekya for their ardent effort and contribution.

When I first started scouting for schools that would provide a combination of old school values and new age education, Ekya ranked at the top of the list. Ekya Byrathi was a new branch for Ekya Schools and as a parent, I had my inhibitions. Will the school be able to maintain the same standards that they have across their other branches ? I must say, It has been a year and a half and I can't complain.
It says a lot about a school when your child comes home happy and enjoys learning.
Another part of the Ekya Curriculum that I would like to applaud and what Ekya Byrathi promotes is the love for reading. They have encouraged and promoted reading at an early age with their amazing reading spaces & the well designed & equipped Library. And I have seen the results in my child first hand.
Like every institution, there is room for improvement, I would say Ekya Byrathi could look into conducting more parent-teacher interaction sessions as this relationship is what will provide a conducive environment for the child to really flourish.
''Different Strokes for Different Folks", Ekya Byrathi should also look at adding more and varied extra-curricular activities to cater to varied interests of the students. I am sure that should be in the pipeline as the school strength grows.
But overall, I look forward to the years to come and watch my child learn with Ekya, Byrathi.

I am excited to write a review about Ekya School, Byrathi. I have been working here as a Social Science teacher for more than a year now. We follow our own integrated curriculum in Grades 1-8, which focuses on the overall development of a student by giving special attention to
students’ skill development like language skills, analytical and evaluative skills, problem-solving, working with others, communication skills etc.
Here, I like that the children get a chance to explore what they are learning. We encourage our students to think out of the box, which helps them to focus on developing critical and creative thinking, abilities, problem-solving techniques, teamwork, self esteem, etc.
Our computer lab, science lab, audiovisual rooms, library, etc. are all well equipped to support a holistic learning experience for our students. We use technology-based platforms to make the learning process more effective. For our interactions, we use one unified platform for teachers,
parents and students.
The Head of School, Ms. Shubhra is very supportive of the teachers and students. She comes up with a lot of innovative ideas for skill-building in students. She also encourages students to take part in our wide variety of co-curricular activities. All faculty and Ms.Shubhra had worked
collaboratively and laid out a well-planned calendar at the beginning of this year. This enables us to prepare ourselves timely and be more productive.
Just thought to give a glimpse of Social Science program at Ekya. It doesn’t restrict the students to learn about the past but allows them to understand how and why they should learn about it. Students think like historians, posing real questions, finding resources, interpreting information
and reporting what they found. It encourages young minds to understand the past, to fully appreciate themselves, and others. It also helps them to understand the present and contribute to a plan for the future. At Ekya, we don’t just focus on the content of what the students learn in
class. We are helping our children to get familiar with factual knowledge and give them opportunitiesto nurture the skills required to harvest such information.
Overall, I would recommend and say Ekya has a planned and organized curriculum. Teachers are given continuous training by the experts. This helps me understand the needs of my students better,be more creative and grow as a teacher. I am grateful and blessed to be a part of Ekya family which enriches me with challenges now and then.

Well designed curriculum, that enables children to apply thought and creativity. The Math curriculum especially, which really goes to the core of understanding Math concepts and questions logic. So reassuring to see your child come back home, excited about what they have learnt at school. The Head of School Ms.Shubra Sinha, is extremely involved and supportive. Great infrastructure in terms of building and supporting facilities. The Visual Art space is one of my personal favorite.

I am working full time at Ekya, Byrathi. I joined in May 2019, but I must say that I have already learnt a lot. I am a Grade 4 class teacher and I teach Science, Math and English. I really like the curriculum which focuses on students' in-depth understanding. We provide students with multiple opportunities to practice and demonstrate what they learn in a variety of contexts. In Science, the structured learning activities allow students to experience problem solving and inquiry in situations that are drawn from their personal experiences and real world applications. Here at Ekya, we follow Singapore Maths, which really helps the student gain deep mastery of the subject through foundational learning. The Math program includes three-step learning moving from the concrete to the pictorial to abstract(problem solving). We have a fantastic AV room with interactive panel, fully equipped science lab and a computer lab. The reading space of the library is not only spacious but also comfortable; just perfect to sit, pick up a good book and read. Overall, a great place to work!!
