I've spent 5 years here. Can't describe in words.It wasn't like school, it was always our home.Proud to be a part the great institution. The environment and area is totally heaven. You can't get the facilities and accommodation anywhere in the world like that.

Rashtriya Military School (RMS), Bangalore (Erstwhile King George Royal Indian Military College) is among the premier boarding/residential schools in the country, established on 1 August 1946. Recently celebrated Diamond Jubilee too. It is one of the only five RMS of its kind in India. The Alumni of these schools are known as GEORGIANS, after their founder father King George V. The school has been recognized by Sports Authority of India (SAI) as a Nodal Centre for Boxing. It is also a feeder institute for the Armed Forces of the country. Started intake of Girl cadets too from 2022 Academic session.

My Son is studying here. We are Civilian and yes, if your child can Crack the entrance with the good score and is physically fit... then there is a fair chance of seeking admission. Don't expect the luxury of easy-going here.. kid will go through a tough and disciplined life style with training to become mentally and physically strong. Balanced Academics, Sports and Fitness are key deliverables. RMS has also introduced separate girls quota from this ACADEMIC YEAR.
