My son has been complaining about this school. He has said that he was neglected, that the food was giving him a stomach ache. That the beds were rock hard, that the pillows were non existent. He said that the school was trash and that there was no air conditioning ANYWHERE. I don’t know why you would send your child to this school but I am giving it one star ⭐️

Never in my life have i seen such an incompetent admissions team in my life, 2 days ago i had to call 8 times for them to pick up, i sent an enquiry aswell and still havent gotten a reply, i tried contacting them about it for the past 3 days and have gotten no reply via mail or text. Didnt expect this class for a school with such reputation! Shame on the admissions team for telling me to call back later aswell, when they picked up after a million times of me ringing them, for them not to pick up for the next 3 days.

It was highly disappointing and shocking to talk to some "Leonard" regarding a visit to the school. His disrespectful way of communications depict the culture of the school how they treat parents. Such guys must be fired immediately on the grounds of incompetence, however it seems this school is full of such rude and incompetent staffs. What else may i expect from other staffs of the school. Surely, my kid's future is unsafe here. Fortunately, I could speak to this man and got fair idea of the culture and staffs' nature that led me change my idea of considering this school for my kid.

i hate this school it’s so bad all they care about is good marks if you get a B or something the teachers immediately look down on you it’s insane also remember when the food/water had something in it and literally everyone got a stomach bug? LMAO

I study in TISB. This is one of the best school, no it is the best school I have ever been to. The teachers are extremely supportive, people are friendly and the place is just like heaven. Boarding staff is very comforting and the beds are cozy. I believe TISB makes people disciplined, focused, and hardworking, just like I became after I joined the school. TISB rocks.

I would certainly not recommend TISB. As expats living in Bangalore we were hopeful that we had found a good school that our primary age children could settle into. Unfortunately, this was not to be the case. In the space of just over a year, two primary years (PY) headmistresses have handed in their notice and many of the teachers have left, including the entire music department. No new head has been announced. They also announced several weeks ago that they were moving to IB, most likely as their attempt to 'loosely follow the British system' was proving so poor. The catering and health issues were so terrible that parents were forced to go to the papers to be heard, there is zero pastoral care with bullied children being told it is their fault and whilst they keep saying the focus is on English & maths (and indeed there is little else on the timetable) - neither of our children read aloud or had a single spelling test whilst there until we complained and that only lasted for a few weeks. In maths children are literally told to "forget it" whilst asking for additional help in class. The issues are so deep rooted and sadly the board are unwilling to listen to any head as to the changes that need to be made. We cant comment on the rest of the school (middle school or senior school) and indeed senior school does get good academic results but avoid the primary offering for the sake of your children. .
