For a sound system of education, a close interconnection of the physical, mental and moral is fundamental. The Sanskrit quotation, ‘Naimatma Balheenien Labhya’, translates as, 'Self-realization cannot be achieved by the weak willed'. Our founder, Lala Raghubir Singh's ideal for a school was a harmonious co-operation between body, mind, and spirit, and the central principle being ‘learning by doing’. The philosophy of the school was to provide equal emphasis on academics, sports, extra-curricular to develop well-rounded individuals. He believed in an unrelenting pursuit of excellence.
