  2. Transfer Certificate/SLC showing date of birth, issued by last School Leaving Certificate should be signed by principal while in case of private school and it should be Countersigned by competent education authority of state.

  1. Attested copy of certificate of Matriculation/Secondary Examination having a record of D.O.B.
