St. Joseph's Academy is a Christian minority institution run by the capuchin fathers Region, St.Francis of Assisi Province, India. The capuchin residing at Shanti Bhawan, Naveen Shahdara is responsible for its functioning. We believe that it is a part of our sacred duty to impart knowledge and mould the character of children entrusted to our care. With this objective, we aim at an integral education of students: intellectual, social, moral, physical and psychological. The intellectual education is sought to be given by way of a course of studies that is suited to the mental development of the students. The choice of the course of studies is governed by the consideration that it serves as a solid foundation for higher studies.

The school is good for what a school should be that is quality of education. Other criteria such as extra curricular activities and general discipline, that is also very good. Hardly any institution around the corner can match this school in quality.

This school is a strict Christian school. They don't respect beliefs of other religions. Any student can not talk in Hindi/Urdu. If your child is talking in Hindi/Urdu then they take fine from the child. What is this???? How can you do that. This is Delhi not London. Majority of students are Hindu, majority of teachers are Hindu but you cannot talk in Hindi. They are imposing strict rules of Christianity on non Christian students.

They just have big name. The teachers and father are not easily approachable.
a) Give so much stress for studies to even 1st class kids.
b) Lack of communication between class teacher and parents.
c) Lack of safety for small kids. No facility of guardian card.
d) Lack of activities for kids.
Please think twice before trying to apply for admission of your ward in this school.
