* Both the parents along with the child should be present at the time of admission.

School reserves the right to reject the application of any candidate at any stage due towrong or incorrect information provided by the applicant.

* Admission will be subject to verification of original documents.

* Dates for submission of fees & completion of admission formalities

February 6, 2023 to February 10,2023

* Please bring original and self-attested photocopies of the following during the

admission only :

1. Birth Certificate issued by the MCD.

2. Passport size photographs of Mother, Father, Child (2 copy each)

3. Proof of residence (Any one):

ï‚· Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of the parents (mother/fatherhaving the name of the child)

ï‚· Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill / Water Bill / Passport in the name ofany of the parents or child

ï‚· Aadhaar Card / UID Card issued in the name of any of the parents

4. In case of alumni, a copy of class X/ XII pass certificate/marksheet of parent(s)issued by the CBSE.

5. In case of sibling, a copy of fee bill issued by St. Margaret Sr. Sec. School for thesession 2022-23.

6. Immunization chart of the child.

7. Medical Fitness Certificate of the child.

Timings: 9.00 a.m to 2.00 p.m

Instructions for Online Registration

Step 1 : Fill out the online Registration Form.

Step 2 : Please confirm that you have received Login ID and Password on your SMS number.

Step 3 : Ensure that the registration fees of Rs 25 is paid.

Step 4 : Take the printout of your registration form and receipt.

Step 5 : Submit a signed copy of the registration form at the school reception on/before December 24, 2022 within school hours.
