To start off with my terrible experience in DPSI there’s pigeon feces on the main door floor, the inside of the school looks and feels like a dungeon my kids are very hesitant and argue very much to go to school every day, for the fees we pay the school walls are dirty, written on, and the paint is peeling, the desks in all the MYP classes are in terrible condition, with foul language engraved into the table as well as graphic images and dirty stains. Did you think that was it? No, my children regularly complain about dirty bathrooms and unhygienic dustbins, I have a daughter and as a mother i cannot send my daughter to school when she is on her period as she complains near that time of the month that pads lay open in the bathroom and it is a very unhygienic situation for students, the bathrooms never have toilet paper and the sinks are always wet, the floors the same and when this happens my daughter cannot use the bathroom as her skirt falls to the bathroom floor, and the didi’s outside the bathroom are very rude and impatient with the students. My children have mentioned that students flush milk down the toilet during breakfast as they are FORCED to drink the *unpackaged* milk. The food is practically inedible, my children have told me that they found hair in the food a couple of times and this is utterly disgusting. My children have told me that students inform teachers of issues and teachers do NOTHING about it, students are regularly dismissed of issues they deem important and relevant to them. During sports periods my daughter is supposed to bring her *OWN* racket even though the school has the resources to give to the students. My children regularly mention that teachers are mostly CBSCE based and are not equipped for the IB curriculum, these teachers are extremely rude to students and are not able to teach the relevant methods for IB questions/classes. In addition to this, the school takes a “stationary fee” however they do not provide our children with stationary at all. This is why my experience with DPSI has been terrible over the years. Regarding both infrastructure and education.

This is a very famous school in Gurugram. It was First established in New Delhi in 1949. It's a very prestigious school of New Delhi. Due to its name and fame demand for the DPS was increased and the management took initiative to establish more branches in New Delhi and now it has become a Pan India school. The school in Gurugram has seats for +3 yrs children. Has an elegant building right on main Golf Course Extension Road. The school has it's own bus fleets for its students. Security of junior classes is tight with numerous security staff. Expenditure of Education is on higher side as school provides clean environment for its students. Teaching staff is humble and of the standard of any international school.

The school is good when it comes to teaching staff and infrastructure. But there are a lot of holidays, even though its 5 days working they would close for PTM's, some person visiting school or any thing silly. There would be even times when there is no water in the Primary block washrooms. They would not start the AC of buses even if there is utter suffocation in the bus(as the windows are sealed) The worst part is the administration, they do not reply to your emails when you raise these concerns to them.
