I got my son admitted in the play group section last year. I accompanied him to school for close to 2 weeks wherein I would sit from a distance and observe my son and his interaction with the school staff. Not once have I found the attitude of the school authorities inappropriate, and this includes the aayas as well. Infact, my son who was an introvert developed an instant liking for his teacher and other staff. I noticed a remarkable development in his social and cognitive skills by the grace of God and the effort of the school. There are times when children find it hard to adjust in schools at such a tender age. We, as parents need to give our children as well as the school a fair chance and ample time to adjust. Lots of patience and effort is required on our part as well. It is not right to blame the school for everything.

My son went into depression and got school phobia after admitting into this school. Seems Aayas are superior than teachers and administrators there. They mishandle kids, lift carelessly, threat, push food in mouth and also seems they beat ( I was surprisingly told by other parent who happened to be at school for their kids sake!! That my son was beaten). No CC cameras installed in classrooms despite repeated demands from parents. Only kids and staff know what they do inside closed doors!! No words to describe further. Unfortunately, situations didn't come in control even after multiple compliants. Happy that I and my younger one is out of this rut now. That's my experience. If you want your kids to be in safe hands, better take a judicious call. Even after coming out of this school, still my son's impression on schools has not changed. Having tough time to recover still . I am worried now, if I don't get his impression right, what happens to his interests to study in school!! Anyways, parents be careful and cautious.
