Admission Process of Apeejay School International

• The admission process begins with the submission of an online Enquiry or Registration Form, available at the school reception.
• Following the form submission, a meeting is scheduled with the Head of Admissions for a complimentary counseling session to provide an understanding of the school's curriculum.
• The next step involves the payment of the registration fee.
• The school will then contact the parents to arrange an interaction and/or evaluation. Assessment tests for English and Mathematics are required for students from Grade 2 upwards.
• Parents must bring their child to the school at the scheduled time for the interaction and/or assessment test.
• After the interaction and/or assessment test, the school will inform the parents if their child has been offered a seat.

Required Documents

• One self-attested copy of both the child's and parents’ Aadhar Card or Passport
• Original Aadhar Card/Passport of the child and parents for verification
• One self-attested copy of the child’s birth certificate
• Transfer certificate from the previous school
• Four recent passport-sized photographs of the child (with a white background)
• Two recent passport-sized photographs of the parents (with a white background)
• COVID vaccination record (required for Grade 9 upwards)
• Two years of previous school reports (for Grade 2 and beyond)
• One self-attested vaccination record copy (for Grade 1 and Grade 2 applicants)
• Once the documents are verified and the fee is paid, the parents and child will be invited for a formal interview with the Principal.
