First of all I have to thank the chairman sir very polite very honest simple person who can be contacted at any time.... there is an elegance in what he does.
Children like him very much.For any problem you can contact him very easily. The problem will be resolved by the end of the day.
There are many reasons why this school is the best........
Let's start with prayer song. Students get a very positive feeling while singing the prayer song and it is also sung in Tamil. This is a great activity.
My son's academic performance at Sri krish international school is excellent..,thanks to the school's highly qualified and dedicated facility and staff .
They provided a comprehensive and rigorous curriculum... That challenged and motivated him to achieve his full potential. Additionally, the school's nurturing environment contributed to his over all growth and development....
The school offered a diverse range of extra curricular activities like silambam, karate, music , dance , yoga, including sports which allowed to showcase students talents......

Sri krish International School which is one of the best school in Chennai. I am glad that my children are studying there. The infrastructure and environment is really satisfying.

The school has good infrastructure and they use digital smart board to educate our kids. They give more importance for good communication, discipline, hand writing and good manners which helps to develop students personality. More than education management focus on extracurricular activities like

I am very unhappy with the entrance examination conducted on 21st Jan 24. My son is a 5th rank holder but they have rejected him in the entrance examination. We tried meeting the principal to know the reason for not selecting him but they are not allowing us to meet. It seems like management's focus is to earn money on the application fees 1000 INR

Worst school in Chennai, completely money minded. No conversation between teachers and parents. For every thing they refer to ACO mam.she will never takes your call and never suppose to call back to you. They will only call you for fee only.They will never disscus about your wards problem.My experience is very bad .We completed here first term only still they changed from us second term fees too.Worksheet quality is very poor.rest your choice

Here I am sharing my genuine feedback for average students experience;
Pros-schools was very close to our society, just on walking distance.
Cons-No communication between parent and teacher, parent has to struggle to communicate and get the things from teachers.
Teaching quality is not good, max time school is spending in taking tests and the Question papers will not be shared with the parents.
Work sheet quality is very poor, in some cases it is hard to find what is there in the pic.
Teachers are using red pens and cross cuts which is a demoralize the kids.
I the school kids are separated with good scorer and poor scorer and a sense of negative comparison is created in the class.
School is much concerned about collecting fees rather than quality of education.
Shouting/punishments in the class are norms.
Building quality is not good and seems heavily loaded floor by floor which is not safe.

Best education providing institute and also prpvides good atmosphere for students to grow not only in field of acedemic but also in extra co-curricular activities. Classrooms are with all digital smartboards and robotic labs. STEM education is provided from primary to secondary level,so that they can practically to seek to solve everyday problems. Great team – great school! Our experience at SKI has been exceptional. The teachers are truly invested in my children’s education and their growth as learners. Adjustments are made as needed to meet the needs of the student.
Our family is so grateful for our ( SKI family) . Great school!!! My kid is very happy to be at this school. Teachers are very nice and helpfull. This school is home for our family.My daughter went to this school from grade school through 5th grade.
She is now in high school.
We are so grateful that she was able to be at ( SKI ) for those years.

I like this school from the beginning. Because of having a good communication. They are speaking in English only. So my kid is improving her knowledge in English. Also staff are teaching effectively. Sri Krish international school is Absolutely wonderful school. Fantastic administration that is very responsive. Wonderful staff. The teachers really do care and take their time with all the kid's and their individual needs. The study structure is great and security level is very good. Everyone is very responsive.

My son is currently in grade 2 and we had a fantastic experience with the school in the previous academic year. All the teachers are very supportive, caring and make sure each and every kid is attended to. As parents, we could see a lot of difference in our child before and after he joined Athena. His language skills improved tremendously and he became very confident. Special mention to Krithiga mam( class teacher) who spent lot of time with us to understand our child and gave him the space and opportunity he needed and moulded him very nicely and secondly Poorna mam(maths teacher) who took tremendous effort in making sure kids understand all the concepts before moving to the next topic. It was very much evident from the way he loved to do maths homework on his own. I would also like to thank Swetha mam, hindi mam, ICT mam for making the subjects very easy and interesting for him and also PE sir for his sports classes. Apart from academics, yoga and physical education is also given lot of importance. The annual day function was fabulous. All the kids were awarded based on their talent which usually does not happen in other schools. And the kids performances were superb that shows how much effort the teachers had put in to make it a grand success.
This is definitely one of the best IGCSE schools out there .We are extremely happy to have chosen this school for our son and he simply loves and enjoys going to school.

Our personal experience with Athena global school so far has been fantastic with lots of positive vibrations seen in my child. The best thing about the school is their lovely teachers who has the ability to create a close bond with the kids and bring the best out of them. My son keeps jumping when he thinks about the school and that's purely the success of the teachers contribution. A very special thanks to beloved maths teacher Poorna mam for her wonderful teaching skills and perseverance in adopting new techniques to bring the best out of the kids.
Also a word of praise for Tamil mam (Sujatha) who is liked by all for her simplicity and availability in addressing issues or providing an extra hand for learning out of the box. Thanks ma for all your hard work. Special thanks to Krithika mam for getting our child's basics in English strong.

This is the best school i had ever found while am looking for my kid, i just went for enquiry and the way Krithika Mam explained and shown me each and every classroom and detail explanation made me to opt this school and the way they support is great and no bad side for this school, and their support and online classes are well planned and even in cases of delay or postpone requested it's full filled with extra care by class teacher Swetha Mam,Poorna Mam and Uthara Mam for my kid, and other teachers also supported great even sacrifing their lunch periods and the effort they kept is very great feeling for every parent, and recently due to health issues my kid didnot attend school last six months, here comes the biggest difference not like any other school, they had taken extra care for kid investing their lunch time and waiting for one hour or more even after school time ,teachers had given mind blowing support even after school giving their personal time for the child's bright future, so I strongly recommend this school and can join with out any hesitation, if you talk to the principal Josephine Mam you will definitely know about the school. And most importantly the school ambience and the atmosphere is very well maintained that it will give joy for the children to come school and play and enjoy the school, one thing I want to say is that every teacher takes care of the students equally to the parents. A place that is safe for kids both physically and psychologically. Every kid is given at most attention and the teachers focus on the individual kids development needs. Continuously motivates and encourages them. All the high decibel events have been well organised and the kids were very well recognised for their talents. The weekly updates to the parents kept us intact with the happenings at school. We were well informed about all the activities the children do and it gives us more confidence in their development. Communication is one key differiciator and bigs kudos to the entire team. The school is open and transperant enough which makes us feel comfortable to discuss about the child's progress. As a parent I had great experience and my son Jeshwanth really learnt a lot with lot of fun. I think they groom the child socially responsible by involving them in social events like road safety, nursery visits, support the needy people, that's truly inspiring. Even when he had to take a break for 3weeks during his fracture, there were sessions organised virtually exclusively for him, so he doesn't miss his classes. Thank his class teacher Ms.Ezhilarasi and his principal Ms.Josephine for all the support extended and my sincere appreciation to all the staffs who were supporting my son's 1st year school journey to be seamless and interesting. We have an active child and a regular CBSE school was not suiting him. So when we decided to change the school, HLC was an obvious choice. We liked the school for its way of teaching and catering to each child's individual needs. Unfortunately our son did not get admission as there were no drop outs in that year. However we got to know about their Elina program for outsiders. The Elina program helped us to identify the right kind of help for him. Thanks to Rama and Sumithra for your guidance and support through the program.

I just transferred to a new school for the 11th grade, but I was a part of HLC for 6 years (from 5th to 10th grade). My experience as a student at HLC was nothing but extraordinary. When I would walk in every morning, I never felt like I was walking into a school, but a second home. The school didn't just teach me academics and sports; it helped me significantly grow as a person. All of the school's numerous initiatives I have been able to be a part of were truly eye opening. They shine lights on societal and environmental issues, and give students opportunities to find ways to solve them in unique, fun and interactive ways. I probably wouldn't have gotten as many opportunities as I did at HLC anywhere else. It also gave me a platform to express myself and be true to who I am. Also to mention, the teachers are the kindest, and most fun-loving! I will definitely miss the school. No matter where I go, I will be forever thankful to HLC for leaving me with joyous memories, experiences and knowledge.

The school looks Amazing.. very modern look still they have traditional aspects.. very spacious.. very big school with big football ground and two basketball grounds.. located in a calm area.. school looks good interms of infrastructure.. am an outsider and none of known person studies here. So I did not review about teaching, fees and related aspects. But I can say this school imparts very good values among young minds.. for example nature based ventilation system, garbage collection system, importance on games, etc.. Good.. surrounded by trees.. kids will love this school..

My son is studying in HLC and the KG wing is excellent. The teachers are friendly, caring and know each and every child's individual characteristics. I would definitely recommend HLC for kindergarten. There is a certain percentage of hike in the fees every year.

Such a reputed and great institution has to teach their security staff how to behave to parents who comes to the school. I had multiple incidents where I came out without meeting the teachers. The way they speak and treated me was like criminals in police station. Great example of how a few nuts spoil the reputation of an institution.

Honest review posting from my side, we had very bad experiences from the polish school , but good for nothing , only show off , school doesn’t support for child improvement from there end , if your kid is something lagging which you want school to support ,definitely they will not rather they will keep complaining about your kids often putting parents under mental pressure, if your kid super talented please put in this school teacher will do effort less work, student who need support please don’t consider this polish school. I can see good ratings but it’s all fake made up I can see simply star.

School atmosphere is good what is pathetic is the outside ambience. Since Chennai is notorious for poor roads and safety, I wonder why this school is not found in Bangalore or other good metros. Having this school in Chennai is like gem in trash. The lady sitting in the desk on international schools has no interest in welcoming anyone coming for enquiry. very lethargic

They think they are world class... they don't have any empathy or considerations....though the school does not produce great results...this is the fine as a parent we pay when we want to go to these kind of schools... They have no empathy to Parents...for a no reason....Hope management looks at the review & take corrective actions... When Parents approaches school for a genuine reason, School should not act too much. At the end of the day Parents have more Responsibility on their kids future....

One of the finest schools in Chennai. It has CBSE, IB,,IGSCE and NIOS curriculam. Has good mix of extra curricular and academic support. Encourages students to participate in activities and competitions at inter achool level. Well eeucated and qualified teachers. Well managed administration. Good sports facilities. Nice music teachers. Huge library. The campus sprawls across acres. The fleet of busses and vans to transport students is good. Canteen serves hygienic food. They can focus on less masala laden food. But kids wont eat at all.

Back in 2013, I got admission into the school after we moved from abroad. On the first day my mom and brother came to drop me off and the vice principal back then screamed at them right before everyone for entering. He humiliated them in front of a huge crowd. There was no action taken against him as well. I ended up developing severe depression and dropped out within 10days. Worst school I've seen in my life. The teachers were extremely mean and the entire environment is very hostile. I wish I had taken legal actions

Studied here for 14 years from 2009-2023. One of the best schools in chennai. The school not only focusses on studies but also overall Excellence. A lot of opportunities like MUNs, WSC, Interschool competition (almost all in chennai), kalanjali, annual days and sports days etc etc that's all I can think about now. Sports coaching is also really good. Students are welcoming and I have found some really good friends for a lifetime. Many students just don't care or judge you for who you are but you must also make sure to not fall into the trap of "wanna be cool" people otherwise we can see one of the best peer group learning here. The infrastructure exceptionally well maintained with different courts and grounds for different sport activities. Extra curriculars are also given importance and this is why I highly recommend this school. The drawback is not having an Auditorium that doesn't seem very important to be honest and no tours in senior block for the past 4 years,idk if that will change. The Library's collection are unique and air conditioned. Coming to the food, though the school lunch is rupees 100 per day I would definitely recommend the rasam rice and paneer. Canteen food is tasty too and dosaa's are to die for. 11th grade students contest in elections and are given responsibilities, similarly a lot of events happen in 11th grade Nd it would be the best if you want to join in grade 11 . There are 7 streams available for ssce and a variety of 6th subjects that are not available anywhere else. Eg: My six subject was graphics which comes under fine arts, the syllabus and printing is extremely interesting that too with the guidance of Mr.Radhakrishanan who is renowned in the field of graphics. Apart from these the school is strictly opposes bringing phones in the school campus even during farewell unlike other schools. Overall facilities like lab, classroom are exceptionally good. If you want to have a memorable school life apart from just studies(which is also taken care of)this is the school you should join. Finally the teachers, some of the best teachers in chennai especially for biology, there are some teaches who don't come under these categories but that's very minimal and extremely rare otherwise all teachers are friendly and they try to help you especially in 12th grade for which i am extremely grateful.

I am writing to express my appreciation for the positive experience my son is having in Pre KG at Velammal global school. I would like to highlight a few aspects that have impressed me so far:
Digital App Integration: the velammal digital app is a fantastic initiative. It provides parents like me the opportunity to stay informed about my child's daily activities and learning progress through engaging visual content such as pictures. This transparency and communication are highly valuable to me as a parent.
Dedicated Staff: I would like to commend my son's class teachers Ms.Zepporah and Mrs.Sreelakshmi for their warm and welcoming approach. Their genuine care and connection with my son, have truly made a positive impact. It brings me immense joy to witness how well my toddler has settled within a span of 2 weeks of joining the school, thanks to the support and encouragement provided by these dedicated educators.
Engaging Activities: I am delighted to see the thoughtfully planned activities for the kids and how engaged they are. Also events like red day celebrations are good initiatives. Last year (September 2023), we decided to switch our kid from LKG(CBSE), the reason being his previous school’s teaching approach was more books oriented and focus on extra curricular activities were comparatively less. Due to this approach, there were very little chances given to the kids to exhibit their creative side.
So, we started exploring multiple schools(CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE) till November 2023 and finally chose VGSP. To start with, we had a lot of questions on the curriculum (IGCSE), teaching approach and how the school’s environment will help our kid to easily adapt. The Principal, Ms.Sripriya Mam, answered all our questions patiently and even gave us a chance to talk to few of their students in person. This really gave us the confidence that our kid will have a nourishing environment where he can learn, have fun and grow.
Today it’s been a month since our kid started in KG2 and we are really happy that we have made the right decision. Witnessing our kid going to school happy and excited right from the first week shows the kind of positive environment the school creates. The opportunities and recognitions he receives from his class teacher, Ms.Suganya mam is a testimony for itself.
A big thanks to the faculty members who take great efforts to make learning more fun, thank you!

I am Parent of Ram Ganesh 8B and we recently moved from abroad and got admission for my son in Velammal Global institution. Before we enrolled in this institution, we had our dilemma like every parent on the curriculum, I.e., to opt for State Board, CBSE, IB or IGCSE. Principal and co-ordinator helped us with the necessarily inputs and based on our own assessment we felt IGSCE may help my son better. Principal and Co-ordinator have spent their quality time with us through various online and face to face meet.
My son started the school from June 2024 and been a month now. I take this time to thank Management, Principal, Teachers for their thoughtfulness on the structure of daily communication of updating each day’s subject class work and homework which deserves a great appreciation. This dedication means a lot to us as it helps in prepare my son in a structured way. We have a respect for Teachers for the relentless efforts in imparting concepts, communication and feedback mechanism.

My son P.Sarvesh of grade 1 is studying in Velammal Global school, puzhal. Recently we happened to attend the Annual day event conducted by VGSP which was totally magnificent . The event was based on the major spice resource of each country. All students were encouraged to participate and perform. This is kaaviya k1 A from VGSP. As a father I feel very proud to put my little one in VGSP. School is providing amazing knowledge to my kid practically and Theoretically on each aspect which is very much appreciated 👍. The way kaaviya carrying herself after joining VGSP was great and wonderful as parents to us. She is capable of doing her work herself was one of key activities which school has teached her during this 3 months, I specially want to thank class teacher kavitha Mam and Sree Lakshmi mam for taking care of baby. I like to prefer the same support in upcoming years.. Big thanks for entire VGSP group 🎉

Mom and me @ VGSP was an amazing event. Mothers and the toddlers had a chance to weave the bond stronger and what's better than that. We had lots of fun time playing games and watching the toddlers perform.

Today we got the opportunity to witness the Checkpoint graduation ceremony of our grandson Armaan of Grade 7@ Velammal Global school.
We were elated to see the dedicated teachers, smart students and total atmosphere of the venue .
The announcements itself about the graduated students was overwhelming. Tears of joy were rolling out when we heard our grandson's name.
The programme was extremely well organised and we enjoyed every minute of it. Truly motivating for students to work hard.
Well done VGSP .. You won our hearts!!

My Son joined VGSP when he was on Grade 1 and now he is in grade 9. My son enjoys studying in this institution and he is coached well by all the teachers. The good thing about the school is that there is no favouritism and all the students are treated equally. There is a lot of scope for the students to explore themselves in various fields. Today we went for the graduation ceremony it was organised well. Overall our experience in the school is excellent. Thanks to all the teachers and the supporting staff.

Mesmerizing Event of my son Devesh Kishan G7 Cambridge Check point graduation hosted by VGS Puzhal on 13 Jan 2024. Event was remarkable and astonishing to see the progress that all Learners have made in their Lower Secondary. My son Arjun.S studying kg1 in velammal global school, puzhal. The event Mom and me was incredible. Iam impressed with the efforts that was taken by the teacher's. The event was mind blowing with lots of games and fun activities. Everything was well planned and neat. Overall it's a memorable day for me and my son. The student led conference (SLD) was a unique way of presenting the student’s progress over the term. Making the student present her retrospective approach over her own strength and weakness inculcates the required thoughts within her mind involuntarily, which in turn becomes the driving force to work upon and improve herself. Also, the parent comes to know about various skill sets of the student and areas of improvement.
However, SLD can be held at the end of second Formative assessment instead of Term 1 assessment, as meeting the teachers after the end of the term will be more meaningful from parents’ point of view.

I went to enquire about LKG admission and they made us thinking LKG admission is more tough than college admission. They made us wait half an hour and one person will come and tell us rules that two rounds of interview will be there for lkg, needed salary slip of parent. Then I asked about the fees for LKG, They are not even ready to tell, they said they finish all these formalities and interview, then they will say. Even the surroundings don't make look great for children, looks like you are being watched everytime.

Worst school. They never respect parents. Not having fair practice of selecting kids. They have standards for selecting kids based on papers. What a fair method of selection. They won't say no neither yes. Waste to spend time with them.

To get a feel of the culture and attitude of the school management, talk to the admin officer Mrs. Radha.
I was thrown away with a rude response (around 10 am , start of the day) when all I requested is to change the sticky hand sanitizer at the school entrance gate to the Admin officer. I wish she gets coached by the management.
One of the Good thing about the school is that this is the only school that I know which returns the security deposit of students when the later leaves the school for good.

Nice school can concentrate more on speaking English by students inside the campus and also for kg they should make the kids learn one pattern for atleast two or three days so that the tiny hands can go with the pattern easily thank you this is my humble request on behalf of all kg parents
