Copy paste from my Husband's review, as I also want to show my frustration against the school principal behaviour...
I wonder what would have happen to us further if we have put our son in this school( we might have made gone goose). I believe god has saved us from this mishap.
Very poor and pathetic management...
No proper response from staff...
Principal is very poor in time management.(Very poor responsibility. Not considering that other people's time is also important)
Just for LKG admission they have two rounds of interview for my son(3.5 year old).
1. On 19th December 2022, they have scheduled one interview and I took my son for the same. After 15mins of interview they confirmed that he is performing well. and the teacher who interviewed my son took videos in her mobile.
2. They informed me that they are happy with his performance and he cleared the interview. But we have to come one another day to meet principal. Principal will have one round of personal interview connect and confirm.
3. On 18th Jan 2023, at 10:30am they have scheduled the same,
But around 8:30am I have received a call from office staff informing that Principal has cancelled the interview and she has some other important meeting Today.
Not considering that other people's time is also important.
In my case have took my son from other corner of the state spending 4500 Rs for bus as that is just the next day after Pongal festival. I have already taken a day off due to this. I have requested them to consider my situation and arrange it next day.
But they least bother about us and simply do not answer any questions and ignore us.
even though we call multiple times, they won't pickup calls...
I have wrote several emails to them for few clarification but no reply. They will treat you as dogs.
My Humble request is if you concerned about your kids future and you have to be respected at least as a parent don't choose this school.

The two stars I've provided for that person's soft spoken skills else I should've given zero star for the school management. In fact, the school drivers came themselves & try to help us (the entire crowd).

When we were looking for a new school for Anikketh, we had to look into many things. He was not only moving into a new school, but a new country too. We were worried if he would adapt to the new environment and adjust. Thankfully TIPS was all into making him comfortable in the school zone. The teachers were patient and guided him until he got along with everything in the new year. A big thank you for that.
What I like about the school is, education is never forced into the child, which would otherwise be a stress factor to them. Children do not face the education race in the primary section and hence they are not graded. This creates a positive and happy environment for the child to learn at their own pace without any stress at that age.
Another factor is the amount of importance they give to extra curricular activities. This makes the children understand that schools are not meant for academics alone, but other activities are equally important in the education system. The school understands that active involvement in sports and cultural activities are important for the mental and physical growth of the children. This is something we didn't see in many other schools.
Parents are never stopped when they raise an issue the children are facing, instead the coordinators and teachers listen to us the parents.
I pray and hope the school maintains the same responsibilities they show now and grow further.

Very poor couching
Very poor management
40+ students in each section, teachers will guide only top performing few students
5 online classes per day...but none of the classes covers the teaching for whole duration, they will waste it in attendance or in playing dumb quizzes.
The classworks were never corrected, no feedback given to students on their academic marks
Parents feedback were never given importance

They teaches very well and make my son understand the subject with fun learning.
I thank you once again for your great effort.

Transportation and administration is the worst part of this branch. Which ever clarification we need the school authorities will say, they need to get clarification from main branch. School diary and House Uniform will be distributed after completion of half an academic year in october or November every year. For Transportation, they say our buses are big and can't come interior areas to pick up kids, where those areas are easily accessed by other school buses. Though spoken english is not good in his branch , teachers are taking effort to make kids understand he concepts. Only teachers effort could be appreciated here.

Chennai Public School - Thirumazhisai Chennai,Tamil Nadu 600124
I had unfavorable feedback at the cost of one year fee & worsening the study base of my children.
Most Teachers are freshers. Soon, you will find absent & then the new one. The teacher seems low salaried members, appears there for training. I have observed frequently they resign job for married life or soon lands a better school.
Two distinctive AVATR to assess in this school is Mr. Madan - Chief Warden, Mr. Surya Murthy - Accounts Manager and their insubordination with the Principal. Typical politics entertained by poor management. By the way, you never get a chance to meet anybody from Management.
School APP for monitoring performance is not updated. No proper circular to inform the parents except school fee collection.
The school has open land for sake of playground. No sports gadget are equipped.
The school has a power transmission corridor, wire passing through in the children pay area. This is the disaster, how come the school authority of TN left children's life to a high potential hazard.
Other shabby findings
AC Room is offered at an additional payment. Most staff member will sleep with their mobile phone ON, Night shows played in children rooms. AC is rational to use only!
Poor laundry service. Unclean Bathroom, limited hot water, and unhygienic condition are added complement.
When it comes to food, poor quality. It was tearful for my mistake in joining here.
Good menus are served during lunch time to facilitate day time staff has a good food.
Low profile food items are pushed in the evening. Evening snacks are junk are nothing but pure junk.
Sad to see, the Good portion of food, selected chicken pieces will be collected first by the Chief Warden - Shame on him ! & staff Group as per hierarchy. Now, the left out will be served to the poor children on a first come - first serve basis.
The normal parent will have heart burns!
Service of dropping to airport and railway station is denied.
Frequent penalty for broken glass in hostel, cupboard maintenance are part of gift.
Item get stolen by (staff) co student are common practice.
TV time has no discipline. Remote will be in the hand of children.
No teacher or guidance provided in the school study hours.
Uniforms were issued in the middle of the academic.
Browse The Hindu newspaper for media coverage about CHOKKIDHANI INCIDENT - The worst day trip, Teacher had fun time while Children got locked in the room & beaten up !
Lifetime lesson for my poor workout and choosing this school.

Such a reputed and great institution has to teach their security staff how to behave to parents who comes to the school. I had multiple incidents where I came out without meeting the teachers. The way they speak and treated me was like criminals in police station. Great example of how a few nuts spoil the reputation of an institution.

Honest review posting from my side, we had very bad experiences from the polish school , but good for nothing , only show off , school doesn’t support for child improvement from there end , if your kid is something lagging which you want school to support ,definitely they will not rather they will keep complaining about your kids often putting parents under mental pressure, if your kid super talented please put in this school teacher will do effort less work, student who need support please don’t consider this polish school. I can see good ratings but it’s all fake made up I can see simply star.

They think they are world class... they don't have any empathy or considerations....though the school does not produce great results...this is the fine as a parent we pay when we want to go to these kind of schools... They have no empathy to Parents...for a no reason....Hope management looks at the review & take corrective actions... When Parents approaches school for a genuine reason, School should not act too much. At the end of the day Parents have more Responsibility on their kids future....

One of the finest schools in Chennai. It has CBSE, IB,,IGSCE and NIOS curriculam. Has good mix of extra curricular and academic support. Encourages students to participate in activities and competitions at inter achool level. Well eeucated and qualified teachers. Well managed administration. Good sports facilities. Nice music teachers. Huge library. The campus sprawls across acres. The fleet of busses and vans to transport students is good. Canteen serves hygienic food. They can focus on less masala laden food. Back in 2013, I got admission into the school after we moved from abroad. On the first day my mom and brother came to drop me off and the vice principal back then screamed at them right before everyone for entering. He humiliated them in front of a huge crowd. There was no action taken against him as well. I ended up developing severe depression and dropped out within 10days. Worst school I've seen in my life. The teachers were extremely mean and the entire environment is very hostile. I wish I had taken legal actions

Studied here for 14 years from 2009-2023. One of the best schools in chennai. The school not only focusses on studies but also overall Excellence. A lot of opportunities like MUNs, WSC, Interschool competition (almost all in chennai), kalanjali, annual days and sports days etc etc that's all I can think about now. Sports coaching is also really good. Students are welcoming and I have found some really good friends for a lifetime. Many students just don't care or judge you for who you are but you must also make sure to not fall into the trap of "wanna be cool" people otherwise we can see one of the best peer group learning here. The infrastructure exceptionally well maintained with different courts and grounds for different sport activities. Extra curriculars are also given importance and this is why I highly recommend this school. The drawback is not having an Auditorium that doesn't seem very important to be honest and no tours in senior block for the past 4 years, idk if that will change. The Library's collection are unique and air conditioned. Coming to the food, though the school lunch is rupees 100 per day I would definitely recommend the rasam rice and paneer. Canteen food is tasty too and dosaa's are to die for. 11th grade students contest in elections and are given responsibilities, similarly a lot of events happen in 11th grade Nd it would be the best if you want to join in grade 11 . There are 7 streams available for ssce and a variety of 6th subjects that are not available anywhere else. Eg: My six subject was graphics which comes under fine arts, the syllabus and printing is extremely interesting that too with the guidance of Mr.Radhakrishanan who is renowned in the field of graphics. Apart from these the school is strictly opposes bringing phones in the school campus even during farewell unlike other schools. Overall facilities like lab, classroom are exceptionally good. If you want to have a memorable school life apart from just studies(which is also taken care of)this is the school you should join. Finally the teachers, some of the best teachers in chennai especially for biology, there are some teaches who don't come under these categories but that's very minimal and extremely rare otherwise all teachers are friendly and they try to help you especially in 12th grade for which i am extremely grateful.
