We sent our child to write an exam conducted by ans international agency. The child who was writing the exam was carrying a valid ID card issued by Government of India. Someone in this school felt that the child carries a fake ID and returned him back and we have to do 2 to 4 hours of running around to prove the genuine ess of his ID.
I was given a feeling , like many others who faced the same issue that some staff in this school have a higher position than the Government and the Supreme Court of India. They actually overrule the PMO Government Agencies and the apex court ofcountry in which they operate their school.

Happy to remove my child from this school. TISB schools atmosphere itself is very negative. It has a very bad influence on students. Children as young as age 7 use dirty language and listen to dirty songs. I don't know what the principal and teachers are doing. Students in my child's class were so disrespectful towards elders. They showed no respect for food nor for their own belongings( school stationary and books). They must be taught good manners first and foremost.

The school separates students into sections based on their exam scores and focuses mainly on the brightest students, leaving the weaker students feeling neglected. The teachers express their frustration by belittling the weaker students, calling them criminals. The school is also all about money, frequently asking for fees and removing students from the bus or school if the fees are not paid. While I was having conversation with them in office, one respected Ma'am offered me some water, a nice gesture. I guess someone related to their Sports faculty does insider-trading within. Like after negotiating they kinda deal & charge commision in partnership with coaches which isn't professional neither a good sign, turned me off. Am disappointed by this misleading for sure, something dubious with the money part (sort-of). Overall, the school left a bad impact/impression in our eyes.

To all prospective parents
Caveat Emptor
I am a parent of a prospective student who is 4 years old.
This is probably the most expensive school in Bangalore and I was prepared to pay the fees. But I assure you the service is less than stellar, tardy even.
As you may have noticed they have excellent marketing boasting about their facilities and excellent IB curriculum, but the service and attitude of its frontline staff is absolutely sub par compared to other schools in terms of engagement. There is no doubt that Education is a business, but as an Educational Institution, at its core should be the duty and heart to provide sincere services for the betterment of children. However. there is none here.
Consider this, they have a 150 USD application fee which is non-refundable, which they say is for the time spent in evaluating the paperwork (really!?).
They have never even met or offered to see my son during the entire application process.
After all the supposed evaluation on outdated information, if the school itself initiates that they are unable to manage your child ( and can you imagine that, the so-called best equipped school saying they cannot manage), your hard earned money is forfeit. What a scam!
Said application fee seems to be also unique to this school.
If you believe in good old service and sincerity, you will not find it here.
Please don’t take my words at face value, feel free to engage them. If you still believe in the marketing hyperbole like I naively did, good luck!
PS.
Thank you for your admission of your incompetence in your reply, Stonehill.

The school claims to help students achieve their dreams, but if the students fail, the blame is placed on the parents and they are asked to drop the subject. They don't care about our career or future all they care about is their reputation. If a student tries to give an honest review they order them to take it down.

For an expat, International School of Hyderabad is the only real option available, but the actual education is extremely poor compared to anything your child would receive in the US. Elementary and Nursery kids are often left to watch movies or educational TV, a majority of teachers are local Indian teachers that have a very strict and different view on how to treat and interact with children :( Student:teacher ratio are often times over 20:1 for early elementary and the highly UN-qualified teacher aid is shared and only in the classroom part-time. On the plus side - the community of parents is truly amazing, and the diversity is great. The other international schools in town simply follow international curriculum, they do not actually have a diverse enrollment of international students.

The International School of Hyderabad (ISH) was founded in 1981 under the trusteeship of the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT), both non-profit organizations. This gives ISH the similar status of a school administered by a foreign/consular mission. ISH is formally managed by the Director General of ICRISAT with the help of ISH Advisory Board guiding the Head of School in leading and managing. The Head of School is responsible for the day-to-day operations.
The first IGCSE Cambridge Exams was administered in 2003 and the first IB Diploma was given in 2007, when the first class of IB students graduated from ISH.
ISH was the first school in India to receive international accreditation from the Council of International Schools (CIS) and continues to be accredited by CIS and the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). ISH is also the first school in Telangana (former Andhra Pradesh) to be authorized to offer the IB diploma.
ISH is an English medium, co-educational day school that provides education for children between the ages of 18 months to 18 years. At present our student body consists of over 300 students from over 28 different countries. The majority of the students at ISH are from overseas. That said, ISH is able to admit a limited number of Indian citizens. Over 34% of the ISH staff is international coming from 12 different countries. This is a really unique feature of ISH compared to other international schools in Hyderabad. The school’s preferred class size is 15 students.
ISH focuses on preparing students for university and indeed almost all our students go to prestigious universities across the world, with majority attending the universities in the United States and Canada.
ISH believes that each student is unique. The school takes an individualized and personalized approach to learning. Our aim is to encourage each student to not only strive to achieve academic excellence but also aspire to become a socially aware and responsible individual who is well equipped to excel in a global society.

Firstly, I remember when someone pushed me onto the wall and I got triggered and slightly hit him on the arm. My teacher noticed it and took me to the coordinator and the coordinator didn't bother listening and took us to the vice principal where she said this was embarassing and that they would call our parents. Honestly, this school does not care about their students but rather prioritize the money they generate from us. Secondly, the food is absolute garbage and I spot a strand of hair in my white rice, which is completely disgusting and unhygienic. Another factor is that some of the teachers are extremely biased and give good marks to the people they favor, which I really hate in this school. Lastly, I'm not sure whether this is true or not but I've heard people bribing the security guards near our school to exit the school property and smuggle in drugs, which is extremely humiliating. In the end, I want to state that although people may not trust me because of the lack of evidence I have, you will eventually realize in the future that I was right all along. These peasants deserve to suffer for what they do and treat students.

I've witnessed people doing drugs and doing inappropriate stuff and the coordinator's as well as the vice-principal are extremely biased. Honestly, if you want your son to be raised and treated well, this isn't the right school.

I am deeply troubled by the alarming level of pollution emitted by the Oakridge International School buses in Bachupally, Hyderabad. During my commute from work, I witnessed one of their buses leaving behind heavy smoke, polluting the air and posing a serious health risk to both the environment and the children on board.
It's unacceptable that a prestigious institution like Oakridge International School, which collects hefty fees from parents, is neglecting its responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of its students and the community. This blatant disregard for environmental and public health standards cannot be ignored.
I urge the school management to take immediate action to address this issue. It's imperative that they invest in cleaner and more sustainable transportation options to reduce their carbon footprint and protect the health of everyone involved. Additionally, I call upon the Hyderabad City Pollution Control Board to investigate this matter thoroughly and enforce strict regulations to prevent further pollution from Oakridge International School buses.
It's time for accountability and action. Our children deserve better, and our environment demands it. Let's work together to ensure a cleaner, healthier future for all.

The school offers very good curriculum, teaching methods with wide range of extracurricular activities, including sports, music, yoga, arts, field trips and community service programs. Hope I am resonating with all the parents who value quality education, overall growth and more than all, a positive attitude being instilled in our children. Sadly a couple of teachers are really biased, demotivating and demoralising kids. Imagine your son/daughter being told “YOU CAN’T BE GOOD IN THIS”
I am a doctor and understand the value of teachers and institutions but sadly the school is being insensitive and complacent with issues being raised by parents. Don’t be surprised and shocked if your mails or tickets raised on portal aren't being responded. If negligence, lack of diligence and some audacious comments like “YOU CAN NEVER BE GOOD” is what you want to hear about your child then chose this school otherwise STAY AWAY !
*Not to miss* teachers, principal and students are all leaving or left, sadly I can’t as it’s my child crucial final year. Paying the price of my situation here. I sincerely hope both management and the principal pay heed to this. Have also reached out to Nord Anglia Education Director to intervene and investigate these issues.
Kindly note : I do hold highest respect and regards towards educational institutes but sadly gone are the days where schools were institutions which taught the way of life and teachers the guiding light.
I ain’t disappointed by the school I am utterly disappointed by myself for not researching enough before getting my child into this school. To all the parents just don’t go by the name do your thorough research before taking an informed decision.

They don’t treat parents with dignity just because they are security. Who gave this right to them. They should understand their job is to it secure not to be use their power to satisfying their ego. This one thing make this school look very bad. All the hard work teachers are putting in is going waste as the face of the school (security) is so harsh on people even when you follow all rules.

As a parent and my 2 children as students have been lucky to have great teachers at Oakridge and Sreedevi ma’am is a class apart amongst them.
Words or a review will not justify the impact Ms.Sreedevi Vyasam ( Grade 5F) has had on my child this academic year. She is an experienced and amazing teacher. The students are very uncultured and rowdy, stealing my brother's books before the exam. They also have a stupid obsession with haircuts, and the prefects think they are god. Some teachers are religiously biased, favouring Christian students over others and only having a high regard for toppers, as if others do not have any value. Is this how you will nurture the next generation of people? Also, some teachers do not know the subject properly and teach wrong things, especially the hindi teacher my brother mentioned to me.That teacher also behaves rather inappropriately, scratching his groin in front of students and touching the children's stationary items and books with those same hands. Yuck!.Also a foul odour comes off from his shirt. He does not teach the subject properly, writing wrong spellings in hindi and my brother learns the wrong spelling and pronunciation of those words.
This school is no longer what it used to be.

While driving along my usual route to work, I passed by Bishop Cottons Boys School, right around the time when their school day was ending. I couldn't help but notice the large number of children outside, and the traffic was moving slowly due to the school bus and other vehicles. Suddenly, I witnessed a child on the school bus opening a biscuit packet, taking out the biscuits, and tossing the empty packet onto the road from his open window near his seat.
It struck me that this might be an isolated incident involving just one child, but when I glanced outside the school compound wall, I noticed numerous wrappers, bottles, and other pieces of litter scattered around. It made me wonder if all of this litter was also left behind by these excited students heading home. It's a reminder that we all share responsibility for the environment we call "Our World."
I believe the school should regularly monitor and address such actions and activities as part of their social responsibility and as a valuable learning opportunity for their students.

When we were looking for a new school for Anikketh, we had to look into many things. He was not only moving into a new school, but a new country too. We were worried if he would adapt to the new environment and adjust. Thankfully TIPS was all into making him comfortable in the school zone. The teachers were patient and guided him until he got along with everything in the new year. A big thank you for that.
What I like about the school is, education is never forced into the child, which would otherwise be a stress factor to them. Children do not face the education race in the primary section and hence they are not graded. This creates a positive and happy environment for the child to learn at their own pace without any stress at that age.
Another factor is the amount of importance they give to extra curricular activities. This makes the children understand that schools are not meant for academics alone, but other activities are equally important in the education system. The school understands that active involvement in sports and cultural activities are important for the mental and physical growth of the children. This is something we didn't see in many other schools.
Parents are never stopped when they raise an issue the children are facing, instead the coordinators and teachers listen to us the parents.
I pray and hope the school maintains the same responsibilities they show now and grow further.

For me as an educator at CHIREC, witnessing students blossom throughout their school years is a privilege unlike any other. It's a joy to see the wonderful metamorphosis from curious youngsters into young adults brimming with potential and enthusiasm for Life. It's a journey filled with triumphs and stumbles, moments of laughter and tears, and the quiet satisfaction of watching them grow not just academically, but emotionally and socially as well.
The privilege of witnessing this blossoming extends beyond academics. It's seeing friendships form and evolve, witnessing students deal with their social challenges, and observing their sense of responsibility grow. It's the quiet satisfaction of knowing that in some small way, we've helped them develop the skills they need to navigate the complexities of life beyond the classroom walls.
Looking back these connections make teaching more than just a job. It's a privilege that continues to shape my life as much as it shapes the lives of my students. I thank CHIREC for providing us, both the teachers and the students a safe, amiable and conducive environment to flourish and thrive.

The resources and support available at CHIREC have been instrumental in creating engaging and hands-on learning experiences. From state-of-the-art robotics kits to cutting-edge software, our students have access to the tools they need to explore, experiment, and innovate.
One of the most rewarding aspects of teaching at CHIREC witnessing the growth and enthusiasm of my students. It's inspiring to see their passion for robotics ignite as they tackle challenges, collaborate with their peers, and push the boundaries of what they thought was possible.
Moreover, the supportive community at CHIREC extends beyond the classroom. Whether it's through extracurricular clubs, competitions, or guest speakers, students have numerous opportunities to further explore their interests and connect with industry professionals.
Overall, my experience as a STEM Robotics teacher at CHIREC has been incredibly positive. Only Name is not everything ….Chirec Gachibowli it is not upto the mark.
writing this based on our worst experience of Chirec- Gachibolwi Branch.
Initial 2-3 months my daughter was OK, but we did not find any improvement in her learning so gave the feedback to school teacher- after that all problems started.
The class teacher became vindictive towards a 8.5 year old child…what a shame!
To support this I have many examples , will share few:
1. During start only it was a mess, they made transport compulsory for the reasons best known to them ( they give reason of parking) however we saw min 50 cars coming and dropping their child including parents from our apartment. But when we asked for own transport they said its mandate. If its mandate why it’s not for all ? why are there biases ? so no TRANSPARANCY
2. My daughter used to finish all her assignments well within time, then class teacher will always ask her to help other kids, and if she denies for one-two times , she gets scolding. Am I sending my child to take care of others?
3. When my daughter asked class teacher on whether she can read science book, teacher always says to read only english novels. Seems barring English there are no subjects in the school.
4. Once during lunch daal was spilled on the skirt , my daughter asked help of “ didi “ to help in cleaning , but she gave a dirty look and walked away without helping. Shows the school culture is like that.
5. There is absolutely nil teaching , only show off, school food is junk food.
There are so many such incidences which gave a mental trauma to my child, everyday when she came back home she was crying, we had to literally force her to go to school. Those 6-7 months were a nightmare to us.
Few things which shows that they don’t have any transparency:
1. All the time mobile is being deposited for any meetings.
2. In entire year no physical parent teacher meeting happened.
3. Single class teachers teaching 3-4 subjects.
4. Class is of 18 students, but class teacher is not able to handle even these small nos.?
5. No care is taken for child.
6. Child went to mental trauma to such a level that she started hating school , and had to take help of outside counsellor.
7. School kills the creativity of child.
8. Even for 3rd std, if some student is weak, they send them to special class..it means the teacher are not able to manage studies ( any ways very less studies)
My limited point of giving feedback is that just by Chirec name, we took admission and feel wasted time , money, efforts and most importantly killed our child’s happiness. This is my feedback and wanted make others aware of these facts. Feel that what my child faced should not happen to any one.
After this feedback ,am sure I will get a call from their management for meeting and they will ask me to remove this comments which I will never do.
This is based on my experience, parents , students can have their different experience and I respect that.

The school is good in terms of sports, they offer food as well for kids. It is expensive but definitely kids would cherish if they do good in sports and one of the very old school where big celebrities studied here and it's not that easy to get an admission in this school. Quality of education can be improved but good school overall.

Hey I am Siddharth C and was an ex Hps student from class 10B
I just wanted to suggest this school to anyone who is reading this. This is one of the best schools out there and rightfully so. I have had soo much fun in this school and learned a lot of life skills and ofc learned a lot on the subjects. The school is excellent, providing us glimpses of the real world while also sheltering us from harm. The sports, computers, councelling, AI, and the Friday club activities is something only top schools provide, HPS being one of them. They also have a great teaching faculty and amazing labs that have the best equipments so we can learn without any hindrance. They also host many competitions and exhibitions each year which encourage us to be curious and competitive (in a friendly way). Also last but not the least, the teachers here genuinely care about the students and are really friendly and encourage us to be disciplined but also to have fun.
I hope that if someone is reading this, they consider HPS(R) as their wards school.
Be vigilant
Much love
~ Siddharth C

This school treats parents who are going for admission as useless. They dont at all value. Even they dont allow you inside.
Even the attitude of watchman and the lady at the admission counter is worst than any other. Whatever we ask them, they dont reply properly.
They value only HNI people.
Simply waste

Worst school ever🤮
Teachers are not at all perfect, they dont encourage a day before exam they give homeworks and when we fail in a subject they dont ask the problem they straight call parents and scold us
Here students as well as classmates judge by the looks whether they are rich or not of they are rich and intelligent better to friendship if we are middle class types they treat us like outcasts.
I should have never joined this school
Also I am happy that I left and if I continue 11th 12th also I could have d!ed until now
