Curriculum

The Mother’s International School is affiliated to the CBSE board, offering education starting from Pre-primary up to Grade 12.

The methodology of teaching follows a dynamic structure by offering activities and events which help in giving propulsion to the academic rigor of a student. The school also offers to teach a foreign language – French followed by the regional,  Sanskrit. 

The curriculum is bifurcated into 5 categories: 

  • Pre-primary school – The core understandings and academic base are strengthened at this level.
  • Primary School – Grades 1 – 5 comprise the primary level at The Mother’s International School. The core subjects like English, Mathematics, Hindi and Environmental Studies are taught. Computer Science is also taught starting from Grade 3. The academics, at this stage, are blended with Public Speaking, General Knowledge, and Dramatics to help students put academics to practical use.  Activities like Drawing, painting, and Clay Modelling lend an artistic and creative touch to the set of skills owned by students.
  • Middle school – Ranging from Grade 6 – 8, the middle school couples academic core subjects with the newly introduced languages – French and Sanskrit, of which the students are required to choose one language for academic reading to help develop linguistic knowledge.
  • Secondary school – At this stage, the core subjects are coupled with more extracurriculars to help achieve holistic development.
  • Senior Secondary School – Grades 9-10 comprise the Senior Secondary school wherein the subjects include English ( core compulsory subject), Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Computer science/Biology/Economics for Science students. Humanities students are bound to study English as a core compulsory subject followed by the independence to choose one subject falling under four categories. Group 1 includes Economics, Political Science, and Painting, followed by Group 2 which includes Mathematics, Informatics Practices, and Financial Markets. Group 3 includes History, Legal Studies, and Psychology, followed by Group 4 with Economics, Sociology, and Design. . Currently, the school offers classes in Science and Humanities

Apart from this, the school has formulated various clubs like Fitoor ( Drama Club), Impulse ( Physics Club), MINET ( Technology Club), My Mind Matters ( Mental Health Club), Debate club, and multiple others to help make academics relatable and give students the scope to flourish. 

Admission process

The process of admission follows filling up a registration form in an online mode enabling people based out of the city to apply without their application getting affected. Parents of students opting for education at the primary level ought to wait until the authorities revert back. Students applying to Grade 11 need to undergo a written test after getting shortlisted. 

Fee Structure

The fee ranges from INR 7000 to 13,000 pm. 

Extracurricular Activities

The Mother’s International School not only provides students with a strong academic base but also encourages them to excel beyond academics. Health and spiritual purification is given utmost priority by making them practice Yoga and other modes of physical training. The facility of Music rooms (including Tabla, Sitar, Flute, Violin, and Guitar), Dance rooms, Indoor games, Gymnasium, and swimming pool gives students enough space to showcase their talent in the same. A creative base is established by introducing art at a young age by making students practice Clay Modelling, Drawing, painting, etc. Multiple clubs of drama, debate, photography, design, etc further solidify the all-round development of students.

Anti-bullying committee

Retaining the importance of a safe and secure environment to attain education, The Mother’s International School has constituted an anti-bullying committee. Members of the committee also include a Parents’ representative and counselor for carrying out the aims and functions inclusively.
