Step 3: Pay the Admission Fee through Credit Card, Debit Card or Online Banking mode. You will receive a confirmation email of ‘Payment of Admission Fee’ on your email
Step 4: Within 2 working days of completing Step 3, you will receive a ‘Confirmation of Admission’ if the child’s Admission is confirmed.

EVALUATION TEST at K8 online school in India

Who needs an Evaluation Test, and why?
A lot of parents aren’t able to provide formal academic documents of their child’s previous education. A few of them are even looking for admission during the middle of the academic year. These are a couple of the various scenarios in which K8 School’s Admission Committee recommends that the child take an Evaluation Test. We need it because we want to be 100% sure that if a child is being admitted to a particular grade, he/she will be able to meet the academic expectations of that particular grade. It is the least that we can do to protect the interests of the child.

What’s the process?
In cases such as the ones mentioned above or in other cases where an Evaluation Test is recommended, the following process is followed:

A member of the Admission Committee of K8 School recommends to the parent/guardian that the child must take the Evaluation Test.
The parent/guardian submits a formal request to the K8 School Admission Committee to administer the test by filling the Evaluation Test Request Form and paying the Evaluation Test fee of Indian Rupees 4,999 (non-refundable once deposited).
The acceptance of the request is conveyed to the parent/guardian.
A suitable and convenient date and time are allotted for the test, and the test is administered within 3 working days of receiving the request form.
The results of the test are conveyed to the parent/guardian within 24 working hours from the time test is administered. The test results also clearly indicate the grade that the child is academically fit for. The result provided will be final and no communication or request for alteration in this regard will be entertained.
The parent/guardian proceeds with the admission and the child can start school.
General information regarding the Evaluation Test:
Format: A 30-marks and 45-minute test is administered by trained members of the K8 School Admission Committee.
Minimum pass criteria to seek admission in the grade that the child is eligible for: 60%
