Incredibly high overall fees and no aircon, not sure why they collect Rs 1000 to just view the school. It’s not about the money but really awkward for them to collect money in the name of application fees when we just want to see around the school Also probably the only school which collects a refundable and non refundable deposit - both of which combined come to 1.5 lakhs. If we’re paying an admission fee I’m not sure why we’re paying another Rs 1000 for the application. Overall the school is not situated near the main road, you need to travel for about 3-5kms to reach the school from the main road. There are better schools around, would not recommend this. For those going to view the school be cautious as they will randomly just ask you to pay Rs 1000 Another funny thing - all the bad reviews have the same template message that they don’t have any records of the fitting account - however I visited your campus and based on your records you can check ur security book that I visited your premises, you have also sent me an email confirming as to when I need to reach your campus too, if required I can send over that as an image in this reciew

Don't be fooled by the infrastructure of the organization. This is to make you all aware of a draconian policy of the organization. Since I joined in the middle of the year, I was made to sign a contract which states that the contract would end when the school year ends. I was made to think that the contract would be automatically renewed for the next academic year when I signed their continuation letter. After I had worked for few days on their resource work during the summer break which they called me for I was only informed a day before I left to my hometown that I wouldn't be paid for the month of may which is duration of summer holidays because my contract ended on the last working day of the school which was April 22. And I was told my new contract would begin only from the month of June. So basically I was not paid from April 22 to june. When inquired about the extra days I had worked after april 22 and May I was told I would get paid for those days, but I haven't received them after constantly asking them, this was also the prime reason for me to Leave the job. I am not the exception here, they did this with all the staff who joined mid year. If you are happy with not getting paid for month and can survive, please go ahead and apply. Before you sign ask them in written that you'll be paid during the summer holidays.

Akshar Arbol has been a great experience for us. They are very child focused. They're a child centric school. I found the teachers go with the flow of the child rather then getting the child to go with their flow. They supported the child beyond the curriculum. My daughter found some of her best friends in this school. I would highly recommend the school.

Bad experience in AAIS. All the charts on the school display is done by teachers. They market themselves very well. If you support the management your child will be looked after well. If you question the school for genuine things like No teacher for Spanish, English or math. Your child will be ignored. A parent is teaching Hindi for kids. So if your qualified with some degree they will accept you as a teacher in the school of course you have to teach for free. They will send mails and say it's compulsory to pay for services. Over all don't waste you child's life /hard earned money in this school.
