Getting worst day by day..... brainless management and headless institution without principal,vice- principal& scared demotivated teachers...we parents should definitely boycott them...

Worst!!! possibly in the entire country. One of the biggest mistake to admit your child in this school. It's a 5star property with a 3rd class focus towards education and betterment of the kids. Waste of time and money.

school is running on ventilator. wont be surprised if CBSC Affiliation of the school is cancelled anytime soon . Thats may be the reason, the school has stopped taking new admission. even class 10th passed student are struggling to get admission in class 11 in same school. totally worst magement.

One of the worst school in Newtown. School Hardware (Infrastructure) is good but is lacking the software (good teacher). Directors are fighting with each other. No one knows when the school will get closed.

Pathetic school. After an entire session of 1 year is completed they think 0 fees have been made. Are they really so charitable to not care about the fees for a whole year? With no database and backup, harrassing the parent and a 7 year old child. Now we have to take out an entire year's statement to DO THEIR JOB!!!

worst school management. directors are fighting between them self since last 2 years. Not commencing the school annual sports, delaying new admission process, deteriorating school management day by day ,the list go on. the school some how able to function due to few honourable teachers. Teachers themself are fed up due to never ending battle between school management.

Worst school. Pls enroll your child if you want to distroy your child's future. The principal left and VP fired. Teacher's strikes now and than. Infighting Between management. What more you want. Infrastructure is just for show off.

Security person are very rude atleast they have to know the information of admission when it will open I don't know why from School it is instructed not to share this information about admission open what so confidential here..Simply they are saying go and visit website we are coming and reaching directly its because of no updates in website. If they are giving instructions not to share any the same way they have to put updates in website that admision will opensoon they are not doing this as well. As it is an hifi school they don't bother of children join .Disrespectful

I stay in a society beside the school. The school has no parking infrastructure. They dont even bother to develop a system. Its a private school running on profits and utilizing and creating nuisance on public roads that are made by taxpayers money. Everyday they create traffic jams. Kudos to the parents who are sending their kids here. These parents come in cars for a single kid. They Park on the gates of houses and has made this place a living hell. It has been 5 months already , we have not received any caution money yet. Does the school have no funds? Already we have received many emails and forwarded msgs from various places that school is having different issues mostly related to money transaction and fees, salary etc. My daughter studies various school because of our job transfer, we never harassed this way, The New Town School is showing. Is this an institution building children future? The Newtown School doesn't have any transparency. Worst experience.

What to say about this school. I don't know. Before it was looting of money then it came that teachers are not teaching anything inspite of this I was sending my kid to the school. After this no discipline of the school.. seniors are being beaten up by juniors and now seniors are beating the juniors... when I raised a complaint they just didn't care about the children... they are only concerned about the money they are getting... worst schools ever in kolkata

The least i speak about this school is better. If you are reading this and planning to enrolled your child to this school a big No from my side. Just don't get impressed with the building and some professional photos put in the profile. Remember your child need proper education and guidance not a A/C class room or Swimming pool. They are very particular about your fees and keep on send you reminder but when a student left the school they take ages to refund the money after 5/6 reminder mail. No one takes the responsibility to reply your mail. Most of the teachers leaves within 6 months and a new teacher comes and try to cover up the syllabus in a hurry just to make sure she has done her job. Only few students manage to cope up as they have private tuition at home and rest of them like "Ram Bharose". Very unprofessional behavior from front desk telephone operators, they will disconnect the line without clearing your doubt. In all PTM they keep on blaming you and your child not performing well in class. It's a complete waste of money and your time. Management treat this school as Money printing machine they don't listen to teachers and staff. Early you understand better for you. I am waiting for more than 5 months for a refund not even a reply from management.

My daughter of 11 has been studying here for around 2 and a half years and from what she said and what I saw is the school is truly wonderful and full of colour. I have a son of 6 and I can't wait to enroll him to this school later.

My brother applied for admission of his son in this school. They didn’t announce the result. He would have written at least 10 emails, including emails to principal. But surprisingly they didn’t reply. I wonder, what do they teach at their school to the students when they themselves don’t show any empathy. Shame on you!

My daughter is studying in The Newtown School for the past 7 years. I must say that it is one of the best schools in Kolkata for overall holistic education of a child. I am very satisfied with my child’s learning and growth. The teachers are efficient, knowledgeable and helpful towards the children. All teachers and staff behaviour are cordial. Very good care of kids security and neat and clean environment. The school is expensive and the charges are justified with the provides in terms of kids learning. There are along with the regular subject classes, other classes for robotics, 3D Printing, Sculpture, dance, music, different sports and many other club activities with no extra cost. The learning methodology is technologically advanced. I am a teacher as well associated with a global ed-tech company. I have taught students from the best schools in Kolkata as well. Hence I am aware of the quality of education provided in some of the so called top schools. I must say that I am extremely satisfied in this regard with The Newtown School. The CBSE curriculum is well designed and the school maintains a good learning standard. During the pandemic as well, the online classes were done very efficiently by the school. One can trust the school to admit one’s ward for good education and future.

The school has all necessary facilities and the teaching level is at a much higher level. Also it suggests best universities for higher studies.
