My recent encounter with Jain Heritage School has left me utterly disappointed and concerned about the quality of education and empathy they claim to offer. The experience we had during our visit for admission assessment has not only left a bitter taste in our mouths but also caused significant mental and emotional distress to my 8-year-old child. From the moment we stepped into the school premises, the behavior exhibited by the staff was nothing short of dismissive. The receptionist, in particular, seemed to have left her manners at home that day. Her rudeness and lack of professionalism were truly astounding. It is bewildering to think that a place dedicated to nurturing young minds would hire individuals who lack basic manners!! The incident that actually caused mental trauma to my child was the evaluation process itself. Without even bothering to seek our permission, they proceeded speak about my child's assessment in a dismissive and abhorrent way. My child was right in front of us. The choice of words and the demeanor displayed during this time were curt and harsh, completely disregarding the fact that an 8-year-old child was present. The aftermath of this traumatic experience was heart-wrenching – my child spent the subsequent days in tears, struggling to understand the unwarranted treatment he received. The question that lingers in my mind is, who will be held accountable for the emotional toll this incident took on my child? What if these experiences instill confidence issues in him? Who will be responsible? The school? The principal? The receptionist? Or the whole process? Is this the kind of teaching and environment that Jain Heritage School upholds? Adding to our dismay, we were initially assured of admission during our visit. This assurance led us to forgo applying to other potential schools, as the admission process at Jain Heritage School had already commenced. Moreover, we were promised a concession due to the mid-term admission, which seemed like a generous gesture. However, to our utter disappointment, this promise turned out to be nothing but a ruse. This misleading tactic has left us feeling deceived and manipulated. It is my hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale for other parents considering Jain Heritage School as an option for their child's education. There are better schools out there.

My kid studied UKG in Jain heritage ,Whitefield . The progress is zero compared to LKG .His handwriting was very good in LKG and in UKG it has become worse .Teachers are not bothered to correct the kids work sheets and correct the kids mistakes . Hopeless school and principal will be coming to school once in a month .By this only we can imagine how the school is working towards building kids skills. Worst experience ,Govt schools are better .

Had visited with my daughter for admission to LKG. The infrastructure is really impressive but a school is not just about that. The teachers were treating the cleaning staff poorly which shows their mindset and education is not just bookish knowledge. Their counsellor as well makes vague statements on the child without even interacting. Wouldnt recommend after my experience during the admission enquiry

The school is amazing, i was surprised to see my kid so happy and was not ready to come back. The only thing i did not like was their lengthy admission process. I had to fill the application form and wait for school to revert back which took almost a week. For higher grade i understand but for pre primary atleast they can avoid. Otherwise the staff, and the entire team was very hospitable and knew their job.
