This is one of the best schools in bengalurur. I am mortified and taken aback by the negativity certain people have shown in the reviews. Most of them are not even for the kalyan nagar branch of RCIS. Trust me, this school is the best if you are looking for the perfect blend of affordability, exposure and teaching. The teachers are extremely qualified some of them even attending prestigious institutes across the country and abroad. Is a huge recommendation to check out. Also, just an FYI I'm not a staff member and am not affiliated with this school's organizational processes, contrary to what a certain review seems to suggest.

I am an educator with a professional degree in education from one of the prestigious institutes in the country. I reside in a Bangalore community near RCIS Kalyan Nagar, where many children attend this school due to its proximity to my society. Unfortunately, there is a concerning trend observed in some pre-primary and graduated students from this institution—they display pronounced violent and aggressive tendencies. According to educational philosophy, every school should serve as a nurturing ground for children, fostering qualities such as care, curiosity, and a lifelong passion for learning, while promoting holistic development across cognitive, psychomotor, and affective domains.
Regrettably, it appears that the school falls short in providing a curriculum that prioritizes the socio-emotional learning of its students. Particularly in the pre-primary years, educators must be qualified and trained professionals capable of identifying deficiencies through behavior monitoring. Teachers in this school's pre-primary division should undergo comprehensive training to recognize and address such issues, promptly reporting their observations to the school counselor. However, it remains unclear whether the school possesses an effective guidance and counseling cell.
A recent incident involving a pre-primary student from RCIS Kalyan Nagar, a boy, biting a girl of the same age group during play raises concerns. Is such behavior deemed acceptable? The student's mother seems hesitant to acknowledge this fact and is justifying her son's actions, vehemently denying any abnormality. This denial has persisted for the past nine months, and it appears that the parents, particularly the mother, may be inadvertently fostering this abnormal behavior, possibly out of fear of societal judgment.
In situations like these, the school should have taken proactive measures, initiating counseling sessions with the parents first, followed by intervention with the child. This approach would ensure timely and appropriate intervention, fostering positive development and addressing any underlying issues to help the student become a better person by nature.
I recommend that the school diligently monitor its pre-primary students and their parents, leveraging the expertise of qualified, trained professional teachers and counselors. This proactive approach ensures that both students and parents make a positive contribution to society. As an institution, the goal should be to avoid cultivating a future generation that is cognitively proficient, with a socio-emotional quotient of zero. Such individuals would be ill-equipped to thrive in the 21st century, lacking the essential skill sets necessary for success. It is crucial to prioritize the holistic development of students, ensuring they are equipped with both cognitive and socio-emotional skills for a well-rounded and successful future.

Review for swimming classes:
Enrolled for summer swimming class for 4 members each for 4k for 15days. Except for the Madam Sunantha who is an exceptional trainer, others are all not really interested in giving training for swimming in summer camp enrolled specially for kids, it's a waste of your money and efforts and time. A male trainer(not sure of his name) when asked for a help, talks in double meaning abusive language which is completely idiotic. He doesn't know how to talk to ladies with respect. He may/not be an expert in training swimming but not suitable to even talk to ladies. When tried to reach the incharge by phone to complaint, there was no response when called👎

Studied there for 11 years since the year it began, exceeded expectations for the first 5-6 years. The years that followed were a complete letdown with changes in management which led to the downfall of the school. No exposure for students who'd like to participate in activities besides studies. There isn't much encouragement in participation in sports or extra curricular activities. I wouldn't recommend sending your child here until extensive changes are made.

RCIS embodies what it means to be an institution. The level of commitment, passion, care and concern I have received as a teacher has helped me strengthen myself over the years. Every professional or a member associated with the institution shares a common goal to set higher standards, to innovate, involve and to develop children into well balanced personalities. There is always a higher level of commitment, motivation, positive environment and drive to mentor and shape young minds. The training sessions and workshops organized here have always provided the required support and skills to grow. Every day for me is undoubtedly a new opportunity to learn and aspire.

I feel deeply motivated and empowered to work with RCIS. The school offers a genuine opportunity for career progression. For the past 9 years of my experience as a teacher in RCIS, there has been a greater satisfaction in building and shaping young minds. There is a work-life balance that has always helped me to equally prioritise the demands as an educator and the demands of my personal life.
