The academic year at New Arya Public School runs from April to March. Admission to any class is governed by the rule that the student must have attained the age of 5 years 6months before he/she enters Class I in April.
There are two main admission levels into the school – Nursery &Preparatory.
Application forms are generally available from November/ December onwards. (Please check dates with the school for that year). The students are selected under the following categories:
For Nursery: General, Sibling, Staff and Alumni through selection.
For Preparatory – Selection is by verification process under the same categories as given above,
Students from these classes graduate into the next each year. Therefore, there are admission into Class I – VIII. Parents seeking admission into any of these classes need to submit an application to any seat falling vacant in the classes, a selection process is conducted(Please check dates with the school for that year). Post selection, only two days are given to complete admission formalities.
Class IX – Only children from recognised schools producing a certificate of passing Class VIII and of passing a third language in Class VIII are eligible for the selection process after registration.
Class XI – Registration opens in March, and subject selection is done on the basis of marks obtained in the School Exam and an interview held in the school. A second lot of interviews and selection / admission takes place after the declaration of the Board result, subject to the availability of seats. Students admitted in May/June are expected to cover the initial one month course before classes start in July.
A proper birth certificate or transfer certificate must be submitted at the time of admission. In case of Interstate Transfer, the Certificate must be counter signed by the education authority of the State concerned. Generally admission to all classes are over by 1st April. Thereafter, subject to availability of seats, admission may be granted with applicable late fee up to August.
Instructions to Fill Online Registration Form and Required documents
1. The name of the applicant, father's name, mother's name, date of birth etc. should be filled correctly in the form as it appears in the certificates. No changes will be allowed later.
2. It is mandatory to fill all fields which are marked (*). If any field is not applicable to you, please enter NA (Not Applicable).
3. Photograph in JPG format should be uploaded.
4. Birth Certificate in PDF format should be uploaded.
5. Residence Proof in PDF format should be uploaded.
6. If the applicant is selected for admission, parents will be required to submit documents as proof of residence and identity. Please note that documents dated minimum 3 months prior to date of submission ofapplication will be accepted as proof. Parents will be required to produce the originals along with one set of copies at the time of admission.
7. Please note that the payment of Registration Fee of Rs. 25/- is necessary for successful registration of the application.
8. The registration process will be considered complete on receipt of registration number through SMS and Email sent from the school. Save the registration number for all future communication withthe school.
9. The registration form once submitted cannot be modified later.
